Traveled for a ladies weekend, there were a total of eight of us and there was plenty of room to spread out between the two houses. Pool was the main focus for the weekend, and the host was super quick to respond when we decided that we wanted to turn the heater on. Stunning property, I highly recommend! Also a super quick drive to Woodstock.

The saltwater pool was the cherry on the sundae. Fantastic location for exploring Woodstock/Bearsville and numerous hikes in local parks and Catskills Park. So clean! Easy check in. It was a wonderful stay.

This is a 5 star experience. The property is so comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. The pool is incredible, and the layout is so fun with the two cottages. The host is so attentive and provides a wonderful list of recs nearby. We love our stays here and cannot wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous, peaceful retreat! Myself, my husband, our 6 year old and our dog spent a long weekend here. Erica made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arriving and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. The property was so peaceful and relaxing. We spent a couple afternoons by the pool overlooking a private, expansive farm field. From the hot tub, you have a gorgeous view of the mountains. My 6 year old loved playing on the playset, swimming in the pool and roasting marshmallows at the firepit at night. The proximity to Woodstock was key for us. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

If you are looking for a relaxing spot near Woodstock, you simply cannot do any better than this property. The space is beautifully designed and decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. It easily accommodated my family of 5, plus 2 grandparents (which the guest house was perfect for). The pool and large outdoor dining/grilling area were the stars of the show, but I would not hesitate to come back here in winter - the house was so comfortable and located an easy drive to a ton of great local spots. Based on the listing, we had very high expectations and this place exceeded them. As a post-script, Erica is also #1 on my all-time list of favorite hosts - not only was she exceptionally communicative and friendly - giving thoughtful recommendations before and during our stay - but she took the time to search the property after my wife left her sunglasses there after checking out (eventually finding them on the lawn and mailing them back to us)! 100 out of 10!

Incredible property in a great location!

My group and I had such a fantastic stay! The two cottages were comfortable and cozy and the pool was beautiful. We were close to town and other amenities. I would highly recommend a stay here, my group hopes to come back soon!

Great Location Great Property

Absolutely loved staying here for our family weekend- 5 minutes from Woodstock, neighbors next door were selling fresh maple syrup, the stars were impeccable. Property was even better than listing!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day weekend in this beautiful setting. The grounds are gorgeous and both houses are beautifully decorated and maintained. I highly recommend this location for families with small children because it is safe, fenced in and has a cute playground. We hiked, dined and shopped in Woodstock and got in a couple of swims in the nice pool and hot tub. All in all, a relaxing and restorative long weekend. We hope to return someday!

A wonderful space to catch up

What an incredible week. The owner is very responsive and helpful should you need anything. The property is enchanting, like waking up in a fairytale. The pool is excellent, and the cottages have everything you need to relax and restore. Gorgeous new bathroom, beautiful views, adorable chipmunks and deer frolicking in the yard. The house book has great recommendations, and you are so close to town, great restaurants, and shopping. Our daughter cried when it was time to leave! We cannot wait to be back.

Perfect Weekend Break

We wanted the chance to relax in different surroundings (surprising how working from home for most of the year can make you stir crazy!) and get our Christmas season off to a good start, and boy did the house fit the bill. We stayed in the main house at Bearsville and it is wonderful; cozy, clean and fully stocked. We loved the curtained in main bedroom - a modern twist on a four poster. And the Christmas lights round the fireplace were a delightful touch. The location is also great - just a few minutes drive into town for shopping and eating. All in all a wonderful retreat and perfect place to recharge. Oh, and the dog loved it too! Thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here, not only was it beautiful but it was so cozy. Town was extremely close by, as well as hiking and other acgivities. There was wildlife all around, beautiful deer to view on the lawn every morning and afternoon, and the view of the pool in the afternoon is a bird watchers dream. It felt like complete country living. We wished we had stayed longer! Our pup also enjoyed himself to the absolute fullest, having a fenced in yard was so amazing for him, he was able to run his heart out and we never had to worry! I was so pleased to be able to reach out whenever we needed something and got an answer right away from the property manager. We hope to stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottages. The setup was great for two families as we each had our own cottage, so privacy when we needed it but also great communal areas to come together for meals and fun. We have two young kids, age 2 and 4 and they loved the playground area and seeing the deer and chipmunks around the property. The pool was a really good size and temperature. Wish we could have used it more but some wasps decided to build their nest on the back of one of the loungers! Erica was really responsive about it and did her best to rectify the issue quickly. The place is very convenient for exploring Woodstock and Bearsville and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, would definitely go back. Thanks Erica!
