Modern and spacious

I found this place to be spacious, modern and full of entertainment for the whole family. A bathroom in each of the large bedrooms was a great feature. In fact, the entire place felt very comfortable and roomie. Nice kitchen and main living area, and the clubhouse less than a two minute walk away with many activities to keep us entertained. All of our group is very impressed with the accommodations and would definitely want to stay there in the future.

Beautiful property, just as described and as shown in photos. Loved the decor. Also loved the fact that each room had it's own private bathroom. We knew there was a neighborhood pool and pickleball court area, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was so close! Just walked out the back gate and across a small parking lot and it was right there! No need to drive to it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here this winter! We brought our kids and they had an absolute blast. The kids' room was such a hit, especially the cute play kitchen and books. They also loved hanging out and playing Rock Band in the loft. The entire space was decorated so thoughtfully and felt very cozy and well planned. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was spotless and relaxing after a long day. We'd happily stay here again!

Bougie on a budget!

My boys and I went to St. George on a little weekend getaway and we loved it! It's fancy but cozy. The bunk room makes it easy to manage all the kids into one place and the hot tub is so nice to have after the kids go to bed. The pool is just a hop, skip and a jump away as well, making it easy to get there and back without it being some giant hassle. Definitely would recommend to anyone going to St. George!

Incredible Group-Friendly Stay with Tons to Do

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for groups. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The open kitchen and living area made it easy for everyone to cook, hang out, and watch TV together without feeling crowded. There was a lot to do during our stay. The community amenities like the pool and pickleball courts were great, and the house itself had plenty to keep everyone entertained with the hot tub, basketball game, and Rock Band setup, which was a fun way to spend time together. The location worked really well for us. It was quiet, just outside St. George, and still close to everything we needed. Parking was easy with plenty of side parking available. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-set-up home that worked perfectly for our group. We would stay here again.

The Most Fun Place We've Stayed

This was hands-down one of the best rental properties we've ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into designing this home. The whimsical, humorous artwork, neon signs, and professional décor made the space feel fun, unique, and welcoming without sacrificing comfort. The backyard hot tub was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing after full days hiking in St. George. Inside, the massive, incredibly comfortable couch became the natural gathering spot for our whole group. For the kids, this place was pure magic—especially the upstairs rock band setup, which they played nonstop the entire stay. Add in the ping pong table and basketball game in the garage, and they were entertained the whole time. The layout is ideal for group or family stays. All four bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms and showers, which made mornings and evenings so easy. The bunk room was a total party for the kids and exactly what we hoped for. This home strikes the perfect balance between fun, functionality, and comfort. We made great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to families or groups looking for a memorable St. George stay.
