Great Stay

Overall it was a wonderful stay! The house was clean the community was nice! We were super disappointed that the hot tub was closed, that was one of the main reasons we chose that house, but other than that, it was great!

Absolutely beautiful home! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, plenty of room. Tvs in every room, upstairs and downstairs living room. Just beautiful! Close to the pool and many sights to see. We would absolutely stay at this home again! Amazing trip!

Very clean, great location

Came down for spring break. This place was awesome! It was big enough for 4 couples with their own bed and bath plus 3 others. Location was perfect for the trail riding we did. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were nice for winding down our day. Overall great experience!

Very nice place! Beautiful! Super fun splash pad / pool! Close to beautiful hiking! Only thing is curtains would be really nice in the upper rooms as it’s SUPER bright until about 9:30 PM when the sun goes down which was hard for me and my littles that try and go to bed a little earlier especially being on different time zones. So bring your sleep mask!! But I would definitely book here again! Also they are very responsive if you need any questions answered!

Great Place

The property was exactly as advertised. Access was easy, location convenient. Everything was wonderful. (The doors did squeak a bit, so a little lubrication might be helpful.) We would enthusiastically recommend the property to others needing a place this large.

St. George Birthday weekend

We absolutely loved our stay. It had the perfect amount of bedrooms for us and our married kids to have their own room and bathroom. It was a beautiful location and the amenities were awesome. We played a lot of pickleball. The convenience of the courts could not have been better! We would love to visit again when it’s a bit warmer to really take advantage of the lovely patio, fireplace and pool. Thank you we were so happy with our stay!

Family Vacation

Brought the Whole Family with the 6 Grand Kids. All Children 5 and under. Had a Fabulous time swimming. Did two of the splash parks in town also. All parents and Kids in bed by 10:00pm. Super tired and wanted to get sleep for the next day. Could not have been happier. Great Home to stay in. Thanks Burky Clan

Great location and fun

The property management communicated clearly and the location is excellent. This location has a ton of space.My only downside was the cleaning. There were two in our group of 8 that are allergic to cat hair. It was clear that a prior tenant had a cat sleeping on the couch and on the chair in the master bedroom (no pets are allowed). We had to vacuum thoroughly the couch and chair. After a day, that did the trick.We would stay there again but would double check the cleaning before hand.

We recently stayed at this property and had mixed feelings about our experience. The location was great—close to everything we needed—and the amenities were convenient and well thought out.However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous guests, and there were two dead cockroaches in the entryway when we arrived. These details made the place feel like it hadn’t been properly prepared for our stay, which was disappointing.With a little more attention to cleaning, this property could easily offer a much better guest experience. We hope the owner addresses these issues, as the home itself and the location have a lot of potential.

Great place for all of us! 4 couples and 2 others. We all had our own room and bathroom. The pool area was nice (both pools well heated) but lots of kids and not enough lounge chairs! The owners were VERY accommodating getting ahold of us ahead of time to let us know about check in and codes and location. The location was within walking distance of one of the softball fields and that was wonderful since we all didn't have cars! The other complex was only maybe 3 miles away - so very convenient. There are 2 super great grocery stores very close!!! It could not have worked out better - we will book again next year - and fter - and after - and after!!!!!!!!
