Originally built in the 1940s, this spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home has been carefully updated to preserve its original charm while adding modern comforts. Large windows fill the home with natural light and frame open water views from nearly every room. At the center of the house is a double-sided fireplace (non-working), with a chef-style kitchen and dining room on one side and a large living room and sunlit solarium on the other.
The home's layout features two mirrored wings, each designed to offer both space and privacy. On the left side, there's a downstairs ensuite with two queen beds and an upstairs king ensuite, which also includes a small adjoining room with a sleeper sofa. The right wing mirrors this layout with a king ensuite on both levels, along with a small office space just off the upstairs bedroom. Each wing also includes a half bath in the stairwell hallway for added convenience.
The bayside entry opens directly to the protected dock and beach, offering immediate access to the water and shoreline. A separate side entrance leads to a private patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill.
As part of the estate, guests of the Dock View House enjoy shared access to the property's resort-style amenities, including a heated pool and spa, private beach with hammocks and lounge chairs, a large protected boat basin and a small boat ramp. Kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are available for guest use. Each home has private parking, porches and grills.
Additional in-home amenities include a thoughtfully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, filtered water dispenser, and personal safes. To help you settle in, starter supplies of paper goods, toiletries, coffee, and other essentials are provided for your convenience.
This home is offered as a relaxing getaway for families and friends. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the stay. Parties, events, and similar celebrations are not permitted. Pets (if allowed) must be pre-approved, visitors outside the registered guest list are not allowed, and occupancy may not exceed the stated limit.
