Note: Pool is temporarily closed until further notice.
Same-day check-in not allowed for local residents.
To comply with legal and community rules, all guests must:
* Provide a government-issued photo ID
* Confirm contact details
* Complete our verification portal
* Undergo a background check if required
Non-compliance will result in cancellation and denied entry.
Verification data is not stored or used beyond screening.
By booking, you agree to:
* Our rental terms and conditions
* Submit valid ID and matching credit card before check-in
* Complete background check if required
Minimum booking age: 22+ for non-locals, 25+ for locals.
No weapons or drugs—violators will be reported to police.
Noise Policy:
* Do not disturb neighbors
* Quiet hours: 9PM–8AM
Pest Notice: Kentucky may have ants or roaches seasonally. Pest control is routine, and service can be requested if needed.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
