Our property is a mixed-use space. At the front on Barret Avenue, there's a Mortgage Company. Behind that, you'll find a Duplex with a family on the first floor and an individual on the second. In the small courtyard, there's a Firepit with six chairs and a Weber Grill. Towards the back, where the entrance is from the Brick Alley, you'll discover the Bungalow. Street parking is readily available on one of the adjacent side streets or directly to the left in the grassy area when facing the garage. (We are working on adding gravel.) For added security, there is a Nest camera for anyone parking there.
