I am so glad to see that the condo was clean and had a great balcony for your stay. I am sorry if there was an inconvenience with check in. We have usually received great feedback that our 24 hour staffed front desk is a great bonus to guests. Our records show you checked in at 10:30 pm. Most locations have lock boxes for after hour check ins and, unfortunately, there have been many issues with box codes or mix-ups. We stay open to give our guests a personal check in with a real South Padre Island Expert to assist you. We also supply small starter sets for our guests and offer extras at our office where we also proved a free towel and linen exchange. While many other condos have reduces services we continue to look at ways to accommodate our guests and be available to assist them for any issue. It was not our intention to be any hinderance on your vacation. You chose a beautiful condo and we try to offer 5 star services for this amazing 5 star condo.
