Saida Towers is the best resort complex on South Padre Island, and we are happy to share it with you.

Make yourself comfortable in our lovely 2 bedroom. Our living room overlooks our private balcony, the resort, and the beach. You'll love getting cozy on our couches in front of the TV or on the balcony as you watch the waves roll in. Our dining area has an excellent table for game night or a home-cooked meal. We hope you'll make great use of it! Our open floor plan keeps you connected to each other no matter which room you're in. You can entertain your companions or kids from the kitchen while they visit the breakfast bar. Our kitchen also boasts full-size appliances to make meal times a breeze.

Our two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests. Our primary bedroom is bay-side and has a TV and room to unpack. The main bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, has two Queen-sized beds and a fantastic view of the beach and resort. Your guests will love having an amazing room to call their own while on vacation. Our second bedroom has one King bed.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
- Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
- Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
