Welcome to Pony Up- Tucked into the scenic pines of Timbercreek Trails, Pony Up offers the perfect blend of modern luxury, family-friendly amenities, and rustic charm. With over 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, this custom-built cabin is ideal for families or groups looking to relax, play, and explore. With three private King Suites and a spacious game/bunk room, Pony Up comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum stay. A 3-night minimum also applies to Christmas, New Year’s, and Independence Day. Thanksgiving requires a 4-night minimum. Two-night stays may be available on weekdays and during off-peak times.***

• GATHERING SPACE
Step into the inviting living room, featuring a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, leather sofa and chairs, coffee table, and large Smart TV. The space flows into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, where guests can enjoy meals at the large dining table for 6 or additional bar seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, wine rack, cookware, and all the essentials for your stay.

Just beyond, the entertainment continues in the game/bunk room with two triple-stacked queen bunks (sleeps 12), a pool table, arcade console, and Smart TV. A full private bathroom is attached with walk-in shower, vanity, and closet space. A washer and dryer are also available here for guest use.

• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Each of the four bedrooms at Pony Up is designed with comfort, privacy, and style in mind. The main King Suite is a peaceful retreat tucked away from the main living space, featuring a plush king bed, luxury linens, Smart TV, nightstands, accent chair, and a spacious closet. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like escape with double vanities, a private water closet, and a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads.

Two additional King Suites mirror this sense of comfort, each offering a king-size bed, Smart TV, nightstands, ample closet space, and private ensuite bathrooms. One features a double vanity and the other a single vanity, both with oversized walk-in showers and private toilets—perfect for couples or guests seeking a little extra privacy.

For larger groups or families, the Game/Bunk Room is both fun and functional. Outfitted with two custom-built, triple-stacked queen bunks, this space sleeps up to 12 guests and doubles as an entertainment center. It includes a pool table, arcade console, Smart TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and storage space.

No matter where you sleep, every bed at Pony Up features a high-end mattress, premium pillows, and soft, luxurious linens to ensure restful nights throughout your stay.

• OUTDOORS:
Step outside to enjoy a private, well-appointed outdoor space perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The covered patio features cushioned seating, a big-screen HDTV, a gas fireplace, and a dining area for eight. A bar-height table and mini-fridge add convenience, while the private hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind.

Kids will love the outdoor playset, and adults can enjoy games of cornhole or darts. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack seating for seven and soak in the peaceful pine forest surroundings.

• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments- Please note: A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
