Very beautiful house! The EV charger was super convenient and had a beauty outdoor view even had presence of deer! The house was very big and spacious interiorly had very comfy rooms, Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice and just as described. Almost perfect. Attentive host answered questions promptly. Very roomy and nicely furnished with plenty of things to do. Very pet friendly, which we appreciated. A few of the kitchen items need replacing, and we couldn't get the water in the kitchen sink very hot, but the showers were fine. Cell phone service was very poor, but the wifi was great. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will try to stay here again, as it will accommodate our whole family with plenty of room to not feel at all crowded.

Amazing cabin nestled in the woods. Serene surroundings, felt like we were in a blissful world. Very clean cabin inside and outside with great attention to detail. We felt safe all the time with excellent communication from the host. Superb amenities like ping pong and foosball tables, arcades, kids play structure and of course hot tub! We will definitely visit again!

Host thought of just about everything! From TONS of entertainment options to a kitchen full of everything needed to cook. Our kiddos were so enthralled with the outside fun, they almost didn’t even use the arcade games which were also super cool. I think the deck was my favorite, but the entire place was beautiful, huge, and yet still cozy.

Superb stay

We had a fabulous experience staying at this property which is nested in the woods but also not too far from all the attractions that Hochatown has to offer. Our kids had a blast in the game room as well as with all the amazing outdoor games this place had. Kitchen was well stocked, they even had a variety of spices to cook our meal. We will definitely return back in the summer.

Amazing getaway

We had a wonderful time in this cabin in the woods. It was a 10min drive from highway, secluded with all the privacy we wanted. The game room was fabulous and kept kids busy. The hot tub and back patio was amazing for the adults. They even had outdoor games. Cabin was super clean and comfy. We will definitely come back again.

Mini family reunion

To get to the house you have to drive down a very long unpaved road before you even get to the neighborhood the house is in. I'm pretty sure our car gor a scratch on it due to the road. The house at first appears secluded but there are two houses very close by. One of our neighbors was playing very loud music the first two nights of our visit. The house itself was nice although we did find a few things that needed to be repaired when we arrived. We would stay again if wewould stay again if twere no neighbors or they were quiet.

Pros: The space was nice and big. We loved the Kitchen table, there was plenty room for all of us to eat and celebrate. There were enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. The porches were excellent. And the grandkids loved the playset and games. Cons: The house needs a deep cleaning. We did request an early check in that we had to pay an extra fee for, but the house definitely was not to my standards of clean. There was a lot of broke items in the cabin. A door handle to one of the bedrooms was broke off which meant you couldn’t shut the door. We even got locked out of the room at one point. The coffee pot was broke to the point that it was pouring water out of the bottom. The outdoor fireplace would not work for the first two days we were there, they did send someone to fix it our last night there. This cabin is beautiful and very roomy it just needs some serious TLC. If you love a remote location this is definitely your cabin, the remote part was one of our favorite parts.

The check in leading up to the vacation was really well thought out. The house is beautiful and there are several amenities that make it fun to live in. There were some quality of life issues that did not meet our expectations. The air conditioner said 70 but everyone’s rooms were significantly higher and hard to sleep in. We ended up buying box fans to help circulate the air better.The other thing to note were the lack of basic silverware. There are not enough of each type of silverware to compensate for the amount of beds and chairs at the dining room table. Feels like a big miss.

Awesome and Secluded

This was our first time staying in a cabin with another family and this place was great. We had 6 small kids from 1-7 and there was a ton there for them to do. They have a small park out back some frisbee golf holes a fire pit and a hot tub. The kids loved playing outside and exploring the woods with us. There were board games, arcade games, outdoor games and an Xbox and a ton of TVs as well. There were a ton beds for both of our families. The kitchen was great as well. They have a full fridge with a drawer freezer, a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. With 10 people this made making meals incredibly easy and allowed us parents to relax a little. There are a couple of cabins around but this was very secluded and we never felt like we saw anyone else around us while we were there. It was only about 20 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown and Broken Bow. You have to go down a lot of gravel and dirt roads to get to the cabin but they roads were graded and fairly smooth.Definitely will look to visiting here again next summer.

Good not Great

To start, this location is not what I'm used to in Broken Bow/Hochatown. While closer to town in miles it is not in an easy access location and takes just as long to get to town as northern cabins, but a much more stressfull drive. A car is not a suitable vehicle, a SUV or truck is advised as my civic bottomed out on the rock/dirt roads a few times. The place while not bad, wasn't as prestine as pictures. It wasn't horrible, just less than the other three cabins I've stayed. The other main issue was cleanliness, the cabin had dirty utensils/ pans, the grill was dirty and there was hair found in the showers and rooms. I dont think it was worth the money and I wont be back.

I just want to thank the host. I made an error on my booking dates and had been through a terrible personal loss and she worked with me to cancel at the last minute. I WILL be booking this cabin on our next visit to Broken Bow. Thank you so much for your kindness!

PARKING: Park 6-8 vehicles, RV/trailer parking available on-site, free street parking.

PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $125 per pet.

RULES: Do not leave trash outside the house as it will attract animals. Quiet hours from 9PM-7AM.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be charged for renters under 25 yrs of age.
