Das Haus hat eine Auffahrt, die von einer hinteren Gasse aus zugänglich ist. Die Gäste können entlang der Straße in der vorderen oder hinteren Einfahrt parken. Sowohl an der vorderen als auch an der hinteren Eingangstür befinden sich elektronische Tastaturschlösser für einen einfachen Zugang. Sie können gerne alle Teile des Hauses mit Ausnahme der Garage nutzen, die verschlossen wird. Der Gaskamin muss gewartet werden und sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht verwendet werden. Gerne können Sie sich mit Snacks und Zutaten in der Küche bedienen.

Ich werde am Tag der Ankunft einen Gastzugangscode an die Türschlösser der Tastatur senden. Wenn Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts Fragen oder Probleme haben, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte. Normalerweise bin ich nur ein paar Meilen entfernt und kann bei Bedarf vorbeischauen.

Windermere ist ein ruhiges Vorortviertel im historischen Pflugerville. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe zählen der Windermere Park und Outlaw Paintball. Der Gilleland Creek Trail liegt direkt gegenüber.

Awesome place

Cannot rave enough about this space. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood, very relaxing. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we at home. Beautifully decorated, but not “elegant” so you definitely felt relaxed. Everything was very well equipped. We Ubered mostly, so we can’t speak to parking. Again, 5 stars, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Property

This is easily the nicest VRBO we've stayed in. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the house was attractively decorated. It was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk away from a playground that had a corral full of friendly goats across the creek. We were not traveling with kids, but the playground access plus the bedroom with bunkbeds and motion-activated night lights in the hallways would make it a great choice for families. The home also had a robust air conditioning unit, which was wonderful as we were traveling during a major heat wave. A definite 5 out of 5.

One of the best

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and fully-equipped home for a great price in the Austin/Pflugerville area, this is the place to be. We were a family of 4 (two kids aged 10 and 6), and it was perfect. The boys stayed in the room with a loft bed and twin bed. If we had more time, we would've tried out the video games provided by the owner. Unfortunately, we were visiting to attend my father's funeral, so we didn't get to try out all of the entertainment provided by the owner. However, this home away from home provided a no-stress stay with all the necessary conveniences for us; the owner even provided bottled water, snacks, and coffee for us! We hardly had to get anything from the store. The owner, Terry, was also very easy to reach, and he often took initiative to reach out to us with necessary info. I would readily book this place again!

High tech house

The house was clean and well furnished with lots of extras. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The Keurig had lots of flavors of coffee, tea cocoa. Gas fireplace in the family room was amazing. Nicely lit enclosed patio out back. Many of the lights came on automatically or were on automatic dimmers. The kitchen was well-equipped. This would be a good home for a family with two cute single beds, one a loft, in a separate room. Fun stay in Austin!

Charming Home, Caring Owner

This home was perfect for me and my husband and nearby his family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the owner with numerous thoughtful and unique amenities. We had several family meals on the large dining table which made gathering his family during covid so much easier. We both had to work remotely for a couple of days and the internet was strong and stable with well thought out electric and cable outlets. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the bonus is being able to walk directly across the street to a walking path. Terry checked in on us and was very responsive. Highly recommend this home. It’s also a great price point compared to other homes in the area or hotel rates.
