Loved the kitchen - everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery were very nice for a rental. But I didn’t even cook because we ate at so many wonderful restaurants. Took surf lessons at the beach, took in some rays, and spent a lot of time at the Bay, paddle boarding and taking in the peaceful scenery. Tina the Saint Bernard, and all of the people we met were so nice and friendly. Had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Perfect place for easy bay beach access

The house was very nice. Beds were comfy, kitchen had enough stuff (we didn’t cook at all) and best of all, it’s just a few steps from the bay! I loved that there were separate tvs and sitting areas - perfect for families with young kids to have space to hang after kids sleep. We used the washer and dryer a decent amount and it worked without a hitch and was a game changer versus a hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House! 5 Stars!

We had an amazing stay. The house was organized and super clean. The bedrooms were quite large and everyone felt that they had their own space. The living room and kitchen had room for everyone! Before we left we said for sure we would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of six, four and two kids. The location was great, close to attractions and beaches. We had a great stay unfortunately the dishwasher was out of service our entire stay.

Great spot for trip with friends

Long weekend trip with a group of running friends. Location is perfect - right between the bay & the ocean. 2 minute walk to the ocean. We visited during the winter so too cold to get in the ocean, but we loved being able to run & walk along the beach every day. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance - we rarely needed to drive anywhere. House was open & spacious - plenty of room for the 6 of us. And we were easily able to find a free place to park our 2nd vehicle. Hosts were very attentive- checked in on us daily via text & when we did need assistance they were available & supportive. Even left a cute welcome basket for us & texted to say the house was ready early, even though we had not requested an early check in. Our entire group agreed we loved the spot & would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect rental for the most relaxing getaway!

What an awesome stay at this rental. Great layout. Perfect location. Clean top to bottom. Wonderful experience with the home and the management team, made us feel so welcomed. They have everything you need. Extremely comfortable beds/linens and furniture! Best I have experienced in a rental home. Definitely worth the price. Excellent location to walk and get whatever it is you need, groceries, drinks, ice, takeout, coffee, etc. Great access to bay and beach. Such a dreamy vacation we had! Could not recommend this rental enough. Will tell family and friends. Management company was fantastic too! We screwed our dates up and 710 couldn't have been more accommodating which was much appreciated since we were traveling from NYC! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

Great lay out

This home was perfect for what we needed. We selected this home because of the bedroom offered on the main floor. We brought my mother in law on vacation with us, so the King bedroom and bathroom was perfect for us.The main floor offered an additional king bedroom and bathroom and the top floor was perfect for our teenagers. The had there own space with full size, bunk beds, bathroom and there own living room. That bedroom was directly on top of the main floor king, and we cold hear them talking occasionally. the furnishings were great. The beds and linens were great. We are super picky people on those things! The house was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and the beach! We took full advantage of the beach chairs, paddle boards and sand toys! The location is just one block from the bat side, which was the beach we preferred. The ocean side was three blocks across the main road.

Nice updated home next to the Bay

This home is nicely renovated and just steps away from the Bay. The bay side is so peaceful and nice to relax. It was a quick walk to the beach. It would be nice for the home to provide a wagon to make the trip to the sand a little easier. For a family of 8, the main living and dining space was a little tight and there are quite a few sky light windows in the home which made sleeping in impossible.

Newly remodeled and very spacious. All the amenities are provided, including paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, fire pit and ice chest. Only half a block to Mission Bay and two blocks to the Ocean. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay here! House is just as pictured, recently remodeled and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental! Lots of extras that were nice (beach chairs, boogie boards and paddle boards). The only thing it's missing is an outdoor shower to rinse off. 710 is always great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!
