We want your stay to be as seamless as possible! Please review these important notes regarding your reservation:

- Check-in & Out: Standard check-in is contactless via digital lock. We offer early check-in at 2:00 PM or late check-out at 12:00 PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

- Essentials: An initial set of toiletries is provided. For stays longer than one month, guests are responsible for replenishing these items.

- Pets: One pet under 50 lbs is welcome with prior approval. 🐾

- Maintenance: A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours. We will notify you in advance if this falls during your stay.

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
