Located in New Haven's Beaver Hills, this massive house boasts 6 bedrooms as well as semi private spaces to setup more beds for larger groups .

It is perfectly located in a quiet residential area close to Southern University, Downtown New Haven, Yale, Tweed.



The space:

Entrance Level:
-A large cozy living room with smart TV, sofa and arm chairs.
-A dining room with table that can seat up to 10 people. Additional chairs and tables are available upon request.
- A breakfast nook that seats 3-4 people right near the coffee station.
- kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. (All utensils are provided as well as coffee, basic condiments, spices, oil etc)
- A half bathroom
- covered porch with seating and a backyard.


Second Level:
Master Bedroom #1: The Master bedroom has 1 King bed as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2: 1 King Bed as well as a desk that can be setup as a work station.
Bedroom #3: 2 Full size Beds
Bedroom #4: 2 full size beds as well as 2 trundle twin beds.
Shared bathroom with a bathtub.
All bedrooms have closets with hanging space and shelves/drawers.

Third Level (Only unlocked for larger bookings of 7+ guests)
Relaxing lounge area (“Living room 2” in pics) with smart TV, books, foosball table and toys.
Bedroom #5: 2 Full size beds + 2 extra Rollaway beds stowed in the closet that can be setup anywhere.
Bedroom #6: 2 full size beds
Shared bathroom with a bathtub.


For even larger groups, additional rollaway beds are provided and can be setup in bedrooms or semi private areas such as the attic or living room.

Laundry facilities are located in the basement.


The home has central cooling/heat.

Included with your stay is: WiFi, towels and linens, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo, basic condiments and coffee (k-cups).

There is plenty of parking on the property or on the street.

Self check in/check out. Code will be messaged a few hours before check in.
Check in is at 4pm but may be available earlier (by request).

Strictly no rowdy parties or any loud noise after 8pm.
