Each bedroom offers a unique resting space:

The main bedroom has a King bed, large windows with sea views, a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and closet. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, closet, and private bathroom. All these rooms have access to a large balcony with sea views.



The kitchen, with its island-style design, is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a wide variety of dishes. In addition, it has an artisan dining table made of wood with seating for six people. The living room offers a spacious sofa, flat-screen television and also has access to the balcony with sea view.

Additionally, the condominium has a washer and dryer.



Additionally, the building is equipped with a spectacular rooftop terrace that includes a pool, bar, and an impressive ocean view, it also has a gym, spa, work area, recreational area, elevator, and reception.

Regarding its location, the building enjoys a central location, just three minutes walking distance from the beach. In the surroundings, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and businesses. Furthermore, the famous Fifth Avenue is just two streets away.
