Special attention is given to high-touch areas, and all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Check in and check out
- We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
- We’re happy to offer early check-in depending on availability. Since we want to make sure the home is perfectly prepared for your stay, early check-in requests are subject to approval. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival
Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

TRASH
• Trash pickup is daily.
• Have trash out in trash bench by 7am.
• Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight.
• All trash must be bagged and tied in trash bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags are not allowed.
• Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No liquids are allowed.
• Boxes need to be folded flat.

DELIVERIES
You can receive packages from UPS, FedEx and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.

PARKING
Parking is available at the home in the driveway as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
If you would like to check in early or have a late checkout, please let us know two days in advance, and will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability and extra fees may apply).

DAMAGE POLICY
We kindly ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damages incurred during the stay will be the guest's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
