As you enter through the arched doorway, you’ll be greeted by a comfortable velvet sofa and 2 chairs surrounding the fireplace and large smart TV. You’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated design from all over the world in this cozy bungalow. Through a doorway off the living room is a great office with huge desk overlooking a front window perfect for all your work needs. Nestled between the living area and the kitchen is a spacious dining room with plenty of seating for 6 guests. The kitchen has been completely renovated to give you a fabulous cooking experience with farm sink, gas stove and includes many items such as oils, spices, Keurig and coffee, sweeteners, creamer, blender, hand-mixer and toaster. Just around the corner from the kitchen is basement access where the laundry is situated. A door to the backyard patio is off the kitchen so that you can enjoy the patio furniture and string lights as you relax outdoors.
Inside on the main floor you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed topped with luxurious linens to help you have a wonderful night’s sleep. The bathroom is directly next to the bedrooms and has a full-size tub/shower, fluffy towels, and a basket of extras in case you might have forgotten anything.
Up the staircase is a loft-style bedroom with another great desk area for when you want to have some privacy or just relax and lounge away from it all as well as a stylish and comfortable daybed.

NO SMOKING inside. $100 feet if we smell smoke or evidence is left behind.
Trash runs on Friday morning and we have a service that will come get the dumpsters, empty them and put them back, however it is important that your vehicle doesn’t block access to the dumpsters. You can roll them out a bit if you think it’s needed.
Please Note: A starter supply of supplies will be left for you. A couple of trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, an extra roll of paper towels, several K-cups of coffee, a small bowl of sweeteners and creamer. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.
Only non-shedding small dogs are allowed. There is an additional $100 (pet) cleaning fee if dog hair/mess is left.
Please keep hot tub covered when not using.
*All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payment processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.
