I VRBO a lot and this is the first time that a host has met me there and given me a tour of the house plus showed me how everything works. Great host and an absolutely amazing property. I will try to book this property every time that I’m in Tulsa.

This is a beautiful villa! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that our group of 6 had plenty of room to congregate or spread out. The patio was lovely but due to equipment malfunction the pool and hot tub were too cold to use. We still spent a lot of time there. The host, Linden was phenomenal. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and artwork.

Mae's Midtown Villa

Beautiful neighborhood and community

We enjoyed our two night stay in Tulsa. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was a little chilly, but that was to be expected given the weather. Linden is a great host. We especially appreciated the extra water bottles. It was a kind gesture.

Cozy Villa

We stayed in this home with our family of 4 for Christmas. The home is in a great neighborhood, very safe and close to The Gathering Place. It’s a beautiful old home with interesting history, art and decor, but also has spacious modern bathrooms and amenities. The kitchen was very nice as well. The decorations for Christmas were a nice homey touch and the living area was very cozy. We liked the master suite with a very large bathroom, faux fireplace and comfy king bed. Note there is no door to the en-suite bathroom. There is a spiral staircase to get downstairs to be aware of for anyone with mobility issues. Our only issue was the outdoor hot tub and rooftop deck were in need of repair and not usable, but hopefully as the weather gets warmer this will be fixed. The host was very responsive and I appreciated it being pet friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Such a Disappointment

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in the house. It needs to be sanitized and aired out. The kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, and toaster oven) were dirty. It was dusty and smelled as if the house had been closed up for some time. It was dark and dingy. The spa tub had dead bugs in it. There were cobwebs all around the windows on the outside of the house. The pool and the hot tub need a good cleaning. I hope this helps others to not get taken by this host. In my opinion, this house is unfit to rent out. It’s still hard for me to believe the condition of this house. It was such a disappointing vacation experience.

it is unfortunate that we people like you in our society. Everything you said in your review were an outrageous lie. Here is the truth. you showed up a day late and used the excuse that the house was dirty to try to get a refund. Fact. You ended up not staying at the property at all and I refused to give you a refund so you are bitter and are slandering us to make yourself feel better. we are a super host with airbnb and a premier host with VRBO with over 90 5 star reviews. We work extremely hard to keep our property clean and perfect for our guests and our 3 plus year track record of 5 star reviews proves that.

A great house for a family stay

My wife and I came for 4 nights on Ney Year's day. My son flew in and stayed with is. The house was still decorated for Christmas which added a nice touch. Linden was a great host, starting with before our visit making sure we had everything we would need when we arrived. The bedroom in the basement is very large with a nice area for sitting and a large bathroom. My wife liked the tub with the jets. If you are a remote worker, there is a good office with a desk downstairs for working in.My son stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Every room in the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking.It was too cold to use the pool.We liked that it is walking distance to the gathering place. It's a great place to go to get some walking in or get a snack and sit down and relax. The neighborhood felt safe even at night. My son and I found some Lime scooters nearby to tool around and do more exploring of the area.There are plenty of good restaurants in the area.
