Built in 2018, our cottage has private off-street parking and keypad entry. Open floor plan is sunny and spacious. Downstairs King room has a 55" TV, upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi. King bedroom upstairs opens onto balcony. Full kitchen and combination shower/tub downstairs. Carefully selected, one-of-a-kind chandeliers in every room! The space
Our cottage is situated at the end of our driveway on a double lot within beautiful Swan Lake historic district. From here, it's an easy WALK to Cherry Street, Swan Lake, Utica Square shopping district, St John's Hospital, Woodward Park and the Tulsa Arboretum and Rose gardens and Linnaeus garden. Brookside, the BOK center, Cain's ballroom, Expo center, and TU are all less than 10 minutes drive away.

Guest access
Guests have use of the cottage, our gardens and patio sitting areas. There is a grassy area next to the cottage available for pets

Other things to note
-This property is listed as a 3-night minimum. However, if you need 2 nights and there is availability between 2 other bookings, please contact me. I will try to work with you!
- As the parking area is shared by others, our rule of thumb is to park your car in such a manner as to not block in other guests or staff. There's plenty of parking for all!
