Location was great. Had a few issues in the unit that were promptly addressed and made right by property management. The washer/ dryer did not work properly and the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. Location is great, but will most likely stay elsewhere next trip.

The condo was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Bikes were included and I took full advantage of that—exploring the island daily on the paved trails. I walked or took the bike everywhere and didn’t have to use my car any the entire stay. Great shops and restaurants are just across the street. Such a relaxing time. Highly recommend!

Our unit had recently updated floors and kitchen but there was not an oven (only a cook top and microwave) and there was not a grill on the grounds which would have been a perk. Only complaint was when Orkin came for preventative treatment but no one notified us. Nothing like walking in from the deck and finding someone you don't know there. They were very professional but we would have loved a heads up. Overall, we had a good time.

Great location to stay

Location, pool, walk out to the beach and parking were great. This unit is need of alot of repairs. Shower door is about to fall off, trim fell off of the vanity and a horrible smell in vanity. Not much storage for suitcases or beach stuff. Outdoor furniture pretty sad. Overall would not rent again.

The villa was clean and well maintained. We loved the beach decorations. Really did not spend too much time at the resort, the weather was cool and rainy. Storage area in the kitchen for personal items was not very good.

The property is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The bicycles provided were in great shape. We used them often. Would definitely recommend.

Great location but needs some deep cleaning and some maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and how easy it was to get to the beach. We were very disappointed in the condition of the condo. One of the cabinet doors was rigged on the cabinet and came off after opening the first time. The ice machine leaks, so we had to rig water to drip into a cup but ice still go into the container or else the water would leak into the ice container and freeze it all together, or in the bottom of the freezer. The shower caddy is really gross, replace or clean. Soap scum and mildew all over. The sliding door lock is broken at the handle, only the bottom lock works. Touch up paint and a new toilet seat might be nice? TV was great, elevator great, parking easy. Will stay at the breakers again, just not this condo.

Perfect for couple

This was our second time in Hilton Head but first time at Breakers. Location was perfect. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

The location was PRIME! The staff was excellent. The actual unit could use some care and upkeep. Utensils in the kitchen we’re old, dirty and not many of them. The air conditioning was terrible. When you adjust the temperature, the floors would get moist, like you had just mopped. Very sticky temperature. The dryer vent was so old and had a hole in it that, ruined my pants. I had draw string pants that got caught in the vent and the staff had to come in and remove the vent and I could not use the dryer for the rest of the stay. The Tv was not set up when I arrived, another member of the staff spent over 2 hours hooking up Roku in the unit. Location was PERFECT and the staff was unmatched. I would stay again, but in a different unit.

Condo was accurate and well described in listing. Bed cover was dirty and needed replaced. Dishes in the kitchen needed cleaned and Sanitized. Bathroom was smaller than expected. Overall great place to stay with small family or couple.
