This was a great stay!!! The host was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and very accommodating! The place was beautiful with nice views of the city and beach! There were only 2 unpleasant experiences, but it had NOTHING to do with the host, which is my my review maintains a 5 1. The young lady at the front desk and the young man who were working the towels/beach area both seemed rude and spoke to us like we were second class citizens. Other than those 2 negative experiences, EVERYTHING else was amazing! All other employees were very nice! You will enjoy your stay here!

Excellent Service

The property managers, Alfonso and Andrea were top notch. Very communicative and helpful. I cannot say enough about their gracious hospitality. Everyone we encountered at the Resort were wonderful. From the Valet, Bellman, Front Desk, etc. all were very kind. We did not experience any issues with elevator wait time nor Valet time. All were expeditious. The view of this unit is priceless, I could have sat on the lanai all day! Many kind thanks again to Alfonso and Andrea, you made our stay easy and enjoyable. We look forward to utilizing your company again went renting in South Florida!

Not exactly Hollywood Beach

The room was decorated as advertised. Some areas need upkeep such as the grouting in the shower (black and stained) Washroom upper walls cracking and damaged. Main windows and balcony railing windows dirty.The writeup indicates proximity to Hollywood beach. Upon arrival, the main part of Hollywood beach where we planned to stay is 45 minute walk or 7-10 minute drive. We planned on going without a car, but needed to rent one in order to take part in the activities as planned on Hollywood beach. this incurred an extra fee to rent a car and only parking available was valet (very expensive). All employees of the hotel were rude and appeared to be unhappy and not willing to help. Needed towels and toilet paper. when asking at the front desk, all requests are directed to the owner...would not lift a finger to help. Asking for directions to Hollywood Beach, they acted like they didn't understand the question to avoid any help. Would not stay here again. I knew about the resort fee when booking, but really the fee gets you nothing, and service is not reflective of the fees paid.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine (the guest bedrooms remote was missing so no one could watch tv in that room. Thank goodness for our cellphones.. The 2 beach chairs that are assigned to the condo is a long walk down the beach.. you would think they would be in front of the condo on the beach. It took 3 days to receive our wash clothes after the order was placed with housekeeping . They forgot to supply us with any. The pool is not on the ground level, and no outside food or drinks poolside. You are not downtown in the middle of everything as it’s described.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were dirty, paint chipped walls& s doors, glass overlooking balcony was dirty and had old soda spray all over, rust in tub and floor. Cleaners left dirt and sand piles. Washer creaked, dryer took 2 hours to dry s few towels. No kitchen towels, no wash clothes, no beach towels. The hotel front desk workers were not helpful, knew nothing about the area or about the property for that matter. Pool had towels, dirty dishes, dirty diapers on the pool deck. You are nowhere near the boardwalk that nobody who worked at hide ever knew about. Beach chairs for resort are not right and front you have to walk way down the beach. No good restaurants around. Go to Fort Lauderdale. Not worth the price. Valet was 140 for 5 nights you can’t self park and you pay a cleaning fee and it’s still dirty.

high rise condo unit

Beautiful two-bedroom condominium on the 36th (not 38th) floor. The unit is modern with a gorgeous beach view. We did encounter many issues, however. The unit is not really set up for cooking with some missing necessities and essentially no typical supplies like spices and oils. Management very responsive, brought us missing wine opener, cleaning supplies, and coffee pods, really appreciated! Shower door leaked like crazy, so we had to be very careful while showering and dry the floor each time. Elevator can take up to 30 minutes and front desk often crowded with long lines. Amazingly nice pool area. Beach access is great, but beach covered with Saragossa seaweed. Recommend with reservations.

Wonderful condo and host; however..

Alfonso always responded in a timely manner and was wonderful for allowing an early check in and a later check-out. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the views were outstanding from all rooms! We loved being able to relax on the balcony every evening with a glass of wine. However, I'd seen in the reviews that the elevators were an issue. And were they. I was grateful in a way we were on the 38th floor, so our waits weren't always as long as we heard others were. But, we did have to walk down the stairs twice. Easier to walk down, but not good for the knees. They only had 4 elevators(1 a freight) for 41 floors worth of units. On our 2nd day there, only 2 were working. They got one fixed by 3rd/4th day.. but still very much a hassle.

The unit was just as pictured with terrific beds, quiet and water pressure which is key. The hotel it is attached to has a few glitches that you can bypass if you know that you can get your beach towels at the beach down the way on the left with the chairs ( sun stays through the evening), pool towels at the pool, brunch at pool on Sunday is SO busy at pool, Walmart is walking distance, Enjoy Cafe attached to the Tide delivers to beach and is good, and Emura near property is very good. Extra chairs in the unit were really appreciated since it only comes with two per room per resort fee.

The property was great! Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very roomy with a great kitchen and living room. The balcony and view were lovely! Only complaint was the elevator being slow. I'm sure this was mainly due to covid restrictions.

Beautiful condo, fantastic view

My families and I rented this condo for Christmas and New Year. It is exactly how it is shown in the photos. The condo is beautiful, very clean, with one of the best equipped kitchen you can find in a vacation rental property. The view from the 38th floor of the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway is breathtaking! Alfonso, the property manager, was amazingly helpful and was always available over the phone for any questions and concerns. He and his team addressed immediately our small requests (changing a light bulb, having extra bed sheets, etc.). The resort management , however, was disappointing. The front desk staff were neither helpful nor friendly. Although the location is just perfect (you are feet away from the beach), the elevators and the valet parking are a nightmare. Because the resort was fully occupied, we had to wait up to 15 minutes to get into one of the 8 elevators and up to 20 minutes to get our car from the valet parking. These waiting times could be avoided with a much better resort management. I would recommend this condo to anyone, but go with extra patience during peak season. I am sure this place is just perfect in the slower months.

The apartment is located in a high-end resort high-rise with good amenities - restaurant, pool deck, exercise room. The location couldn't be better - right on a popular beach, easy walk from the room, with beachside bar and restaurant. Short walk or Uber ride to other restaurants and a mall with grocery store. The apartment itself was spectacular - fully equipped modern kitchen, nice living room area, two spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms, great view from balcony running the entire length of the apartment. An incredible value for the money. Everything was immaculately clean and well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, preparation equipment. The manager also provided very nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, even a nice sized beach bag. Furnishings are complete, including comfortable chairs and tables on the balcony. The manager was incredibly responsive; communicated with us easily before our arrival, was immediately available by phone or text for questions or issues during our stay, went out of his way to immediately provide items we needed, and was extremely courteous and responsive.We would absolutely recommend this property, and as importantly, this manager (including for any other properties he might have) to others and will seek out his properties for future trips to Florida!

I wish that was disclosed to us prior to leaving. The Hyde facility is clean and well maintained. The pool area has no shade and they won’t provide any umbrellas either.

Reviewer Comments: The Condo was great, the unit is well furnished, the building is nice, great pool deck along with restaurant and bar on the 9th floor, great beach with chairs and umbrellas all included in the resort fee. It would be nice if the owners were add a few basics to the condo like dishwashing liquid and pods for the dishwasher, a few cleaning supplies like 409 and Windex.
