Swim at your own risk.
No diving, running, or rough housing in or around pool.
No children unattended in or around pool at any time.
No Pets in the pool.
Do not leave pool floats or toys in the pool.
Please turn off all pool lights, jets, and features when the pool is not in use.
Pool temperature regulated March through October.
The pool gets serviced weekly, service team may be by during your stay.
Spa available all year round. Pool is not heated in winter months.
No standing, walking, or jumping on the spa and surrounding area.
No smoking on the premises.
No events, parties, receptions or similar gatherings.
Keep backyard gate closed and latched at all times

No stepping or playing on the pool cover if closed.
Do not operate pool cover if anyone is in the pool.
Please remove standing water rainwater off of the pool cover before opening. Automatic pump provide.
Do not leave pool floats or toys in the pool.
Please turn off all pool lights, jets, and features when the pool is not in use.

No smoking on the premise.
No events, parties, receptions or similar gatherings.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions.

All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

*Parking*: Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
