East 204 is a lovely standalone two story home located one block to King Street. The home has a beautiful main floor boasting an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Just off the main living area, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry closet down the hallway. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a coffee bar station on the second floor with a charming balcony perfect for morning coffee. East 204 sleeps eight guests and has one designated parking space. The home is located in the desired Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough neighborhood where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.

Charming and hospital home just off King Street and so close to all the things. Whether we walked to nearby shops, restaurants, or pubs, or Ubered or drove to nearby attractions, this home was centrally located making our navigation of Charleston easy. We also had a wonderful time in the home when we needed to relax, and the beds were awesome. We slept so well. We would definitely stay there again, and we would highly recommend this host!

Very beautiful property within walking distance to King Street shopping and late night bars. Quick uber trip to the beaches and the french quarter. House was very clean and check-in was extremely easy. When we had a problem with one of the beds we reached out and the problem was immediately fixed. Overall great experience.

The house was prefect for 7 adults. The seating area was snug but we made it work. The eating nook was great. There were shops and restaurants near by and Ubering around Charleston is easy. Would definitely recommend this house.

We were in town for a wedding - although the wedding was on a golf course in Mt Pleasant we wanted to stay in town so that it would be walking distance and everyone could do what they wanted we’re not doing the wedding thing. This place was perfect. You can walk to big bad breakfast. You could walk to the pastry shop down the road in the morning you could walk to King Street one block over it was perfect. The four bedrooms really give you a lot of room and you get your own parking spot it’s perfect.

Had the best time, traveled with my 3 friends and each one of us had our bedroom and was so comfortable and cute, and location was awesome!, rented bikes and from the house everyday would go biking everywhere, would definitely stay at this house again.

We had an incredible stay here. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and updated. A hard thing to find downtown CHS. And you are one block from King ST. Highly recommend!
