Welcome to our cozy and rustic cottage! We are very dog-friendly! Retreat up north and breathe in the beauty of the White Mountains while enjoying all of the comforts of home sweet home.

This family-friendly property is located just north of the Presidential Range and 1/2 mile up the road from Moose Brook State Park

In the winter, trailer your snowmobiles <2 minutes down the road and access Corridor 19A and Primary Trail 116. Snowmobile rentals may be available from Northeast Snowmobile in Gorham
Ski Wildcat Mountain <15 mi from the cottage!

<15 miles from the cottage are limitless options for outdoor enthusiasts such as: Mount Washington Snowcoach Auto Road, Pinkham Notch Visitor Center, Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center, Gorham Moose Tours

Plenty of cozy space to make your family vacation memories! Full kitchen, charming dining booth, two bathrooms, spacious family room, large deck, Queen bedroom with additional Twin bed, and Bunk room! Quilts, blankets, and pillows provided. (Please bring your own sheets and towels) There’s a medium-sized dog crate too!
Plenty of space in the long driveway to park a snowmobile trailer or an RV! (Sorry, no hook-ups.)

The expansive family room features relaxed seating, including two sofas and a leather recliner, a game/puzzle closet, and an oversized coffee table perfect for playing or putting your feet up! Vaulted ceilings and wrap-around windows welcome the dynamics of family life with views to the yard and open-concept to the full, eat-in kitchen.

Centrally located (pretty much go straight in either direction!) between Storyland and Santa's Village, plan for an extended stay and delight in your precious family time!

Venture through Pinkham Notch with its breathtaking views, Fall Foliage, and enjoy the wildlife you will surely encounter! Gorham Moose Tours is a fun, nearby adventure!

Bring the bicycles, motorcycles, ATV's if you can!!

After a summer day in the sun, retreat to the cottage to fire up the grill and dine on the large backyard deck, followed by a nap in front of the AC!
