Tucked away behind the Applebrook B&B estate, this private cottage offers breathtaking views of the White Mountains, direct access to snowmobile trails, and the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and explore the best of the North Country.

The Space
We are committed to your health and safety. In response to COVID-19, we follow CDC and Airbnb's enhanced cleaning guidelines and take extra care to disinfect high-touch surfaces between each stay.

Enjoy a spectacular getaway while staying close to all the North Country has to offer—ATV trails, hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and direct snowmobile trail access. The cottage is located next to Waumbek Golf Course, Santa's Village, and Fort Jefferson, with easy access to Bretton Woods and Mount Washington.

Guest Access
Rental and access are for the cottage only. There is no access to the Applebrook Bed and Breakfast or the Main House.

Other Things to Note
This space is designed with your comfort in mind. As we're located in the North Country, we recommend:

In winter: Bring warm clothes, slippers or warm socks (tile floors can get cold), and your toothbrush.

In summer: Bring bug spray, sunblock, and hiking boots.

Please note that the yard is shared with the B&B, but your deck, firepit, grill, and picnic area are private.

There may be seasonal bugs, including flies. A bug zapper is provided inside the cottage for your use.

We are pet-friendly and offer a doggy bed for your furry companion. A $75 pet fee applies.

Cozy cabin in a beautiful mountainous valley in NH! We loved our stay and absolutely will return. We decided to spend our holiday in this quaint little cabin and it did not disappoint! From the holiday decorations to idyllic surroundings we were spoiled with comfort and relaxation. Pet friendly and filled with amenities, this property is a must stay if you want to get away from it all. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

We had a great time here! Cozy and super pet friends but clearly they clean after each pet because no traces! Three coffee machines to choose fro, hot water and comfy beds. Perfect for a weekend mountain getaway!

Hi/Bonjour, we spent a wonderful 4 nights (July 29-Aug 1) at the "ski patrol" cottage (Applebrook). The owner Wally provided lots of useful info throughout our stay and also provides a comprehensive information binder. It was perfect for us (2 adults and a dog). The place is central and well located if you want to explore the Whites. It was very clean, fully equipped and we enjoyed the pet-friendly vibe and little attentions. Great spot and will certainly go back.

The house was everything we expected and some. The property was awesome and my kids loved the wildlife, a large family of wild turkeys came by. We booked this house for its location near Santa’s Village. It did not disappoint, approx 7 minutes away and at the end of the road there is a cute corner store with great pizza and grinders. I mostly would recommend this property because I left a gold necklace and it was quickly returned. I would 10/10 recommend this property!

Very cozy and clean cottage. Just wish they would take more care of the outside of the property. As soon we saw from outside we were a little scared cuz it looked a little abandoned and very damaged but when walked in we were relieved to see the cleanliness.

Hi and thank you for your feedback. We've been trying to find someone to install new siding for the cottage but it has been difficult due to labor shortages. Rest assured the cottage is cozy and comfortable. We spent a lot of money on new insulation, new heater, new deck, and redoing the kitchen and few other things, the exterior we will tackle in the spring! Thank you for your feedback!

Ended up being upgraded!

Our property required maintenance, so the host offered us to wait or utilize the first floor of an adjoining property. It was a huge upgrade and a welcome surprise. All communication was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!
