The fully stocked kitchen is great for meals in, and the spacious primary suite with a king bed includes a smart TV for your enjoyment. Please note: the fenced backyard is undergoing renovations, an extended patio area has been installed and grass is on the way.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. • Please note: the fenced backyard is not currently landscaped and is not intended for guest use while improvements are underway. Beginning early 2026, we will start the process of growing in a newly sodded backyard. The yard will be ready for full use by late spring, we appreciate your help in keeping it healthy for future guests.

• Parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the driveway and street parking in front at no additional cost.
