Hi! I’m originally from San Diego, California, but I’ve been coming to visit Idaho for years—and finally made it my second home! After spending 30 wonderful years in SoCal, I decided there’s no better reason to buy a home here than being close to my children and grandchildren, who now live in the area.

I’ve grown to love everything Idaho has to offer—especially the changing seasons. From summers at the river, local wineries, and evening BBQs, to winters spent sledding and enjoying the snow right here in Eagle or up in nearby Bogus Basin, there’s always something special happening.

Why I Chose This Home & Neighborhood

I absolutely love the neighborhoods surrounding Nampa—they offer the perfect blend of peace, community, and convenience. When I found this home, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s beautifully settled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with no immediate neighbors behind the backyard, giving it an extra sense of privacy and calm.

One of my favorite things to do here is take a relaxing walk along the nearby greenbelt, especially in the mornings or just before sunset. I’m just 2 miles away from concert venues and wineries, which makes it easy to celebrate a weekend, a holiday, or just a great glass of local wine. The park next door has been the perfect spot for my grandkids’ birthday parties—it’s close, fun, and filled with great memories.
