Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate both your positive comments about the location and sleeping accommodations, as well as your constructive criticism. We intentionally price this home competitively because we know some features, such as the furniture and carpeting, are older. While the carpets have stains from previous guests, they are professionally cleaned regularly. Regarding the shower, this was an unexpected issue that first occurred during your stay. As soon as we were notified, we immediately arranged for a plumber to come out. The plumber determined the leak was related to the bathtub overflow and advised that showers could still be used safely as long as the water level did not rise above the overflow. Unfortunately, the permanent repair could not be completed until the following week due to scheduling. As for the entry code, the corrected access code was sent early that morning, well before your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in, so you had the correct information prior to arrival. We appreciate you pointing out the maintenance items, as they help us continue improving the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
