Hiawatha Haven is a clean, comfortable, and affordable property for families, golfers, and girls` trips.

This budget friendly three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is perfectly located in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells. You will find Noah`s Ark, a public beach, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. At night, you will enjoy recapping all of the excitement of the day around the firepit in your private backyard.

This house isn`t fancy but has everything you need for a great vacation getaway to the Wisconsin Dells. The pictures are very accurate so that you know what to expect before you even arrive. It is a quiet neighborhood so do not be afraid to walk to Noah`s Ark or the beach by yourselves. Returning home for lunch and dinner is a convenient way to save some money!

Our guests have full access of the house, driveway, and yard.

We will be available to help the guests in an emergency but are set up for an easy and hassle-free arrival and departure.

Hiawatha Dr runs along the west and north sides of Lake Delton. Our neighborhood is just off the famous Wisconsin Dells Pkwy is within walking distance to many of the area`s best offerings.
• Minimum Age. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property
• People other than those in Guest’s party not allowed on site. Visitors beyond
the maximum occupancy (8) are not permitted. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning,
anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 8.
• Parking. Guests must keep vehicles on the driveway pavement.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a
minimum during these hours.
• Grilling. A charcoal grill is provided for your use. Please clean food off the
grates after using.
• Patio. Climbing on the TV tower is strictly prohibited!
• Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs
while on the premises. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal
belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is
agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Garbage. Garbage & recyclables from the house must be taken to the
appropriate bins on the patio.
