Tucked just off Saco Avenue, you’re a 10-minute stroll to Old Orchard’s famous pier and its seven miles of sugar-soft sand, yet far enough back for peaceful mornings with coffee on the porch.

Ditch the car keys and walk to beach bars, arcades, and restaurants all within a stone`s throw of this bungalow! You`ll have the entire home and yard to yourselves with self-check in via smart lock available. There is room for up to 2 vehicles on site.

This home is located right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, Maine`s classic seaside playground: think sunset Ferris-wheel rides, season fireworks, lobster shacks, mini-golf, and miles of biking along the Eastern Trail. Portland`s aware-winning food scene is a 20-minute drive, and I-295 access is minutes away for effortless day-trips to Kennebunkport or Freeport outlets.

Please note: bedrooms are back to back so you do need to walk through one to get in or out of the other. Due to recent window modifications, there is currently only AC on the first floor. Portable fans are available upon request.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
