The apartment includes two fully furnished bedrooms. The first room features a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom just steps away.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed or two twin beds (according to your preference), a coffee station, walk-in closet, workspace, private balcony with hammock, and a private bathroom with hot water.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and in front of it, there’s an interior patio with a hammock and sofa where you can unwind.

Housekeeping is included twice a week, and laundry service is available for an additional cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Although the apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, the second bedroom is only available for bookings of three guests or more. For two-person bookings, access will be limited to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be converted into two twin beds if needed. Please note that this request must be made in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.

PARKING:

The property does not have private parking, but there are public parking options available in the neighborhood. Please note we cannot guarantee availability or provide assistance with parking.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

This space is designed for rest, remote work, and peaceful vacations, so loud noise or music is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.
