Dies ist ein Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 1/2 Bädern - für 10 Personen - direkt an den weißen Stränden des Golfs von Mexiko. Besser geht es nicht. 3 Ebenen - 4 Decks - herrliche Aussicht von jedem und es ist tierfreundlich. Ist es nicht das, wonach du gesucht hast?
In der Nebensaison kann diese Unterkunft als Studio und / oder als Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern gemietet werden. Die Preise vom 1. Oktober bis 15. März beziehen sich nur auf die Miete mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Bitte rufen Sie in dieser Zeit das Büro an, um nur ein Studio oder den Preis für die gesamte Einheit zu erhalten

Das untere Deck befindet sich im Sand und verfügt über eine Außendusche, mit der Sie nach einem erholsamen Tag am Strand den ganzen zuckerweißen Sand abwaschen können - Tisch und Stühle für die Cocktails bei Sonnenuntergang.

The location and beachfront access was great. In general, the house had what we needed, but small improvements could go a long way. We did have to clean a bit when we arrived and had to organize things in the kitchen cabinets to give us room for storage. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

On The Sand

The place was very clean and well supplied. Down the stairs you are right on the sand . The chair/ umbrella set up is included so we did not have to set anything up. Nice to have an extra small kitchen downstairs. We didn't notice any noise from the gas station across the street and it was nice to have that close for needed supplies.

Great access to the beach!

The best part about this property was the access to the beach. You are right there and it is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much however the property itself is quite old and run down. Only two burners worked on the very old stove that was literally falling apart which made it hard cooking for a family of 5. I would like to emphasize the issues we had with the rental (broken stove and the coffee pot stopped working mid week) were acknowledged and responded to fairly quickly. The furniture, floors and outdoor furniture are extremely dirty. Bottom line is if you are looking for a great townhome location on the beach but don't care much about the accommodations this is a great option. Unfortunately we would have preferred a 4 to 4.5 star rental instead of a 3. It was our first time to Destin and we did not know what to expect. We now know more of what we would prefer and have something to compare to.

The owner has a brand new stove on order and we are truly sorry the burners quit on you. (Hopefully the second downstairs kitchen helped.) Destin is a beautiful place and there are quite a variety of rentals so we hope that you continue visiting our beautiful area.

Fort Walton Beach Condo

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for us all to come together but also to have some privacy when we wanted it. Walking out the back door right down to the private beach was fabulous. We had out beloved Chihuahua with us and he had a great time too. There are stores and restaurants literally within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. Everything was very convenient. We also loved that the booking was Sunday to Sunday. That gave us a great week on the beach.

OCEAN FRONT!!!

We were a little concerned when we first pulled up to the Townhomes because they were older & there was a busy Gas station right across the street but once inside it was so very clean!! I had brought all my clorox wipes, king bed covers, lysol because of Covid we were nervous to even travel but the place was so very clean!! We were all very impressed! Yes it is older but Becki was honest about this up front. Yes it could use some updates a couple of small things were broken but nothing that caused any inconvenience at all and Becki was more than helpful! Now...that view!! I mean with infants and toddler being right on the beach and a private beach. It was never crowded, it was clean, it was quiet it was a perfect family vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. Beach and house were clean, beds very comfortable

The only reason it isn't a full 5 stars is because if you don't rent the entire condo, you would not have a bedroom on a ground level which might be a problem from some travelers. Parking is limited so consolidate if possible.

Great condo on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved walking in the neighborhood and loved the amazing sunsets off the covered deck!

Good but could use some improvements

I love the location and love we can be here with two big families. I think the place is great but did need some improvements. 1) Beds are not comfortable 2) The cleaning crew needs to do better job because I arrived and my little one was walking in house and feet were black as if no one has ever mopped with a little muscle (therefore I know I left it cleaner than I found it because I mopped and always disinfect items anyways) 3) Needs more fresh towels for House. Also more rugs outside by doors to collect more of the sand. I would tell my friends and family to use this place but just be aware of the above. It was easy to access and enjoyed my time. We visit Destin almost every year and love it.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and really liked the house but my company strives to be the best so I do wish we would have had a conversation and been able to address the issues you noted while you were here. The owner will be given your thoughts about the beds, although this is the first time we have had this comment on them and of course comfort levels are as different as each person. We have discussed the floors with the house keeper and, even though there is no excuse, being directly on the sand creates a challenge with the floors as the sand continually gets ground into the porous tile. This being said we have scheduled a steam clean for the tile and it is definitely agreed that there are more entry rugs needed!. We will also look at the number of towels that are in this house, although two sets of front loading washer and dryers are nice! Again thank you for your stay and your feed back because if we do not know the problems we can not fix them but please always feel free to contact us when you are here so we can have the opportunity to improve your stay with us!
