This two-level townhouse, built in 2023, has all the modern touches to make you feel at home! You’ll enjoy private access to a full living and cooking space while being close to all the Grand Valley has to offer.

The trademark red barn housing Graff Dairy Ice Cream and Coffee Shop is a 2-minute walk away, and steps from the back door, take your pups (or yourself!) to the sweet little neighborhood green space and public canal, both great spaces for walks or jogs. A minute’s drive brings you to a full-service Safeway and Starbucks.
The upscale kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the room you need to snack, cook, or chill. You’ll enjoy full access to the refrigerator, cabinets, and cupboards and help yourself to other amenities:
—A Minuetto espresso machine and Sboly coffee grinder
—Keurig and an assortment of beverages, including coffee, tea, flavored creamers, honey, and sugar
—A flat-top stovetop and oven, plus cooking basics like oil, vinegar, and seasonings
—Small appliances including a toaster, electric kettle, blender, mixer, and crockpot
—A patio propane grill
Outdoors, get comfortable on the front porch bistro or play some cornhole and barbeque on the back patio, with shade options during the day and a standing heater for cooler evenings.
Upstairs, settle in to two separate private bedrooms, where you’ll enjoy elevated views, a bathroom with a full tub, shower, and amenities, and comfortable queen and full mattresses. Both rooms feature TVs with streaming services.

Other notes:
—Our sweet Chiweenie, Rory, lives with us in the home when the space is not open to guests. Please consider this if allergies are a factor.
—We do not have a fenced yard. However, you may take your pup to the nearby green space walking path and public canal. The xeriscaped backyard also makes for easy pet cleanup!
—We don’t allow parties or excessive numbers of people during stays, and we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Additional cleaning beyond 2.5 hours will require an extra fee.
—Spaces closed to guests include the garage, a downstairs closet and pantry, and the master bedroom. The rest of the home is yours to enjoy!
—Though we welcome all guests and value their diversity and many interests, our home isn't the best fit for families with infants or small children.
—Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces.
—If you have 2-3 positive reviews, feel free to request to book our home!
We are available for questions or support as you need it and will respond as soon as possible. Thanks for considering a stay at the Dairy Retreat!
