Very clean upon arrival. The kettle and coffee maker were really nice to have, all dishes and utensils were clean as well. The small space was nice for just me. Neighborhood is really quiet as well. An excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay at the River City Hideaway! The property manager provided great instructions and overall communication. The home was roomy, clean and in a great location for our needs. We've been coming to Grand Junction for quite a few years and I wish we had found this property sooner!

Fantastic small home. Layout is great for size of home. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Fenced backyard for dog was nice. First ever time to be contacted by phone to make sure we received check-in info.

This was a perfect location. Very clean!

We loved this sweet rental. I know the outside grassy area needs work, but we spent more time inside and off exploring the area so this was not an issue for us! We absolutely loved how cute this place was. We would definitely recommend it and rent it again!

It was perfect! The first night I slept like 13 hours straight! I used it as a base camp to bounce between Moab and Colorado. It was chef's kiss! It was ideal for both the dogs and me, offering a peaceful and secure environment, complete with a fenced-in yard. Clean, etc. The only downer was the shower water pressure! It was so weak, lol, but small eggs in comparison to price, location, accessibility, etc.

Property was as described. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to CMU, so it was easy to meet up with our son. Nice to be able to cook him a few meals.
