Stocked with ample pots, pans, dinnerware, and serving ware, plus a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar, it offers everything you need. The main level also hosts the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, TV, dresser, and full closet. While you can walk to Mom's Beach in just 7 minutes, a car is recommended for exploring the wider area, including wineries, Armstrong Redwoods, and the Sonoma Coast. Downtown Guerneville, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is a quick 10-minute drive.

- Connectivity: Stay connected with fast 200 Mbps internet and a dedicated workspace. Cell service can be spotty, so WiFi is your best bet for communication.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect the county ordinance of quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for the comfort of our neighbors.
- Shoe Policy: We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes indoors to help maintain the cleanliness and coziness of the home.
