Clean rooms, amazing property, close to the areas we were visiting. We will come back next year. Only recommendation and if I missed it I apologize but a big push broom to clear off the steps, patio and hot tub area. We tried our best to keep the home clean and leaves, debris out of the hot tub but a garage style push broom would hwv helped. Again if I missed it my bad. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Cosy house but dusty and unclean - would not recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is good but not well maintained. Super dusty, ants everywhere along with cobwebs as soon as you enter. Would not recommend or come back.

We are sorry that we did not get the 5 star experience that this house has kept for the last years we have had it. The house gets cleaned right after renters depart along with getting checked by an inspector. As for the cobwebs they can be built over night and ants are something that any house can occasionally get when it rains heavily. Again this house is a 5 star house and we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Thanks, Stace

We really enjoyed this rental! The house was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the location was perfect for our day trips into Jenner. Such a nice yard too! Definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Great getaway

Lovely home with beautiful grounds and fun activities. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor shower, and we enjoyed using the ping pong table and the old school arcade. Wonderful hosts!

Family Thanksgiving in the Redwoods

This property was very beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed for our family Thanksgiving. Many thoughtful touches made it even better, like a turkey roasting pan and baster waiting on the countertop. Everything was just perfect. Relaxing getaway

Beautiful setting. The home was very relaxing with lots of seating areas to read. Loved the way the early morning sun filtered through the living room windows. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our short get away. We would reserve again when coming back to the River.

Wonderful stay, tween loved the casita

Everything about this rental was charming, and our tween loved having the casita to themselves for independence. We saw California quails hanging out in the little courtyard, and lots of hummingbirds. It was really nice having the dedicated off-street parking spot too. We had some plumbing issues (a major leak) in the kitchen and prop mgr was responsive and timely to address, though we were left with a mess to clean up. We'd definitely stay here again nevertheless. Quiet and relaxing.

Beautifully decorated property

A quaint, cute, well decorated property. The hot tub and yoga studio were a big bonus, and well utilized. The bedrooms were a little small (no room for suitcases) and the beds were a little hard for our taste, but overall it was a wonderful property.

Cozy river home perfect a weekend getaway

My family of 5 (3 young kids) and I stayed here for Xmas weekend and it was a great getaway. We had everything we needed, were comfortable and loved the quiet serene neighborhood setting in the woods near the river. There were a couple small things that needed improving but overall a great rental, even with a hot tub and separated guest house that my kids enjoyed. We would come back!

Perfection

We absolutely loved this property! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The black out shades in the bedrooms are wonderful. We slept so well! Everything in the house is in perfect working order. Pac Man and ping pong were fun. Love the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. We would 100% stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sweet scent of the apple tree in full bloom—it was pure magic walking into the courtyard!The house itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.There were three of us this trip, but there’s plenty of space for a larger group. I also housed some of our Women’s Weekend staff here and was so glad to have placed them somewhere so thoughtfully cared for and well-appointed.There are so many extras throughout the home that made it feel special—and next time, we’re definitely playing the arcade game in the casita!Highly recommend. We’re already dreaming of our next stay.

Very comfortable place to spend a week near the beautiful Russian River! We'd happily come back and stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was everything it says and more. Charming! Relaxing! Clean! The property management group was top notch! Everything was brand new and clean, please take good care of it if you go and dont tell anyone else about it so we can keep it for ourselves ;).
