Der Einstieg von Happy Days verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Möbeln, ein Kamin und ein flachen Großbild-TV mit Blu-ray und Comcast.

Die Küche ist hell und geräumig und mit allem neu und einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer mit einem großen Esstisch für 8 Ihre engstenen Freunde und Familie.

Aus dem Speisesaal gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln zum Entspannen und Catch-up auf dem Tag.

Gehen Sie eine 1/2 Treppe und Sie werden 2 freundliche Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist groß und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist hell mit einem bequemen Queen-Bett.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein großes Spielzimmer mit einem neuen Tischtennisplatte, neuen Sofas, eine Mini-Küche und einem anderen Flachbildschirm-TV entdecken. Perfekte Zimmer Lounge in und Spiele spielen. Wir haben es mit einer großen Popcorn-Maschine, Milchshake-Hersteller und ein kleinen Kühlschrank für Ihre Getränke geschmückt.

Aus dem Spielraum gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Bad. In diesem süßen Zimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten und ein neues französisches Bett.

Die Außenräume sind so speziell wie das Innere. Es gibt eine große Küche im Hinterhof mit Lichterketten entlang der Länge der großen Terrasse gesetzt. Der neue Gasgrill vervollständigt Ihr unterhaltsames Erlebnis!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the central location, the house badly needs some very easy things that would help. Broken blinds and no curtains in the bedrooms meant waking up with the sunrise every morning. Lack of AC meant fans blowing on your face to sleep. Kitchen was as bare bones as it could be. Lack of comfortable living room furniture wasn't ideal.

Perfect for Our Group

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Happy Days and hope to return in the future. There are multiple spaces for hanging out which made it perfect for a rainy weekend - the high-ceilinged living room, where we enjoyed having a fireplace, the large dining table where we played board games, the rec room downstairs where we revived our pingpong skills. It's so lovely to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Guerneville in minutes without driving. We are major fans of Happy Days!

Great internet and location

I worked remotely while my family played ping pong and enjoyed the town. The internet was consistent throughout my visit including multiple video conferences. We enjoyed easy walks to delicious food (ice cream and muffins were our favorites) and to the river. The outside space was nice too.

Stormy wheather..

Largest storm in many years caused power outages which caused us not to be able to check in. Normally this would be a disaster, however ..Danni made everything perfect with an amazing upgrade at Dillon Beach. It was perfect.

Pretty house

The house is very clean and big .lots of stairs. The play room is nice for the whole family. Just wish the bed room adjacent to the play room had some carpets in it .it my cut down on the noise from the play room. Neighbor is quite during the day .at night the bars around town come alive. Quick getaway

I was burnt out with Omicron news and fluster, and needed to find the redwoods. Looked to Russian River and was lucky to find the perfect place available. My three children loved the game room and downstairs set up, and my husband and I had the upstairs to ourselves. We came together for a movie and dinner upstairs and went down for popcorn and ping pong. It was a cold and foggy weekend and perfect to be toasty and warm at the Happy Days property. We even slipped in a bike ride to Armstrong Woods, which also underscored how accessible everything was from this house! It was walking distance to anything you could possibly want.

Great experience!

Very nice house, clean, great layout for multiple families (the two couples stayed upstairs and the kids stayed downstairs together). Location is very convenient but just a note that it was very loud at night, despite there being multiple signs in the property about keeping noise levels down. There was someone playing electric guitar until almost 2 am the first night and the noise from the nearby bars was loud both nights. There are two large dogs next door that also barked and woke us up very early in the morning. Nothing the property owners can do about that! Just a heads up. :-)

Quiet and Quaint Home for Two Families

Our family was here for a wedding and we split the area upstairs with the area downstairs between the two families. It would have been nice to use the garage space to go in and out of the second area as we did have to grab house shoes/slippers to keep going up and down the stairs in the back to leave through the main front door. We did know this going into the property, however we did not think it through with children. The host was EXCELLENT in communication both before, during, and after the stay. We came right after the weeks of rainstorms in the area, so they kept in contact in case the property had any issues. The cleanliness on the main area was excellent upon our arrival. We did have some small concerns downstairs, however the host explained it was a result of moving furniture from the storm and from the increased rain. They addressed the concern immediately with an additional cleaning, complimentary treats, and a day discount due to the inconvenience. The three bathrooms were great for getting ready during wedding weekend with children… and the laundry is always a plus! Our little ones also enjoyed the ping pong table and popcorn! Overall we had a great time. Thanks!

It’s Fine but Not as Advertised

It’s perfectly fine but not quite as good as advertised. The property was instant-booked through Vrbo but then a third-party property management service (who was not the person I booked with in the app) withheld checkin information until I signed a third-party agreement outside Vrbo. SKETCHY. And when I called them out on this, they insisted they’ve done this for over 20 years and no one else had a problem with it, implying I shouldn’t either. Even sketchier. There’s lots of cute rustic-chic parts of the property, like string lights in the backyard, artwork in the dining room, and backyard seating gathered around an upturned barrel coffee table. But these details don’t cover up the larger problems with the property. For example, the property listing says it has AC but it only has one or two window AC units and a bunch of fans—that’s not the same thing. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom has three beds but no bedside tables and the downstairs bathroom has a full shower but no space for shower toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc).

Location is great and easy walk to the town with lots of good places to eat or just get coffee. There is a nice grocery store there too. Near by the Armstrong Redwoods State Reerve, which is just beautiful and really required for a visit. We were staying there for our daughter's wedding (held nearby) and for that event, we could have used a few mirrors! Only one bathroom has a over-the-sink mirror and there was one in a bedroom. Hangars were minimal (we left a few). Overall the home was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. It would be a nice place to stay in the area.

Chill weekend

Such a cute house. No issues with check-in. The game room was super fun. The location is pretty amazing. We walked all over town. Unfortunately, there are a couple of downsides. I have bruises all over my legs from hitting the bed frame in the bedroom to the left of the stairs. Very small room and the door barely clears the bed. And it’s an uncomfortable bed to boot. The other bed was great though. The house was clean overall but could use a really good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The were some questionable stains on the wall in the upstairs bathroom and walls/doorframes could use a good cleaning. It’s a short walk to the river. It’s really close to the Armstrong Redwoods. It was a great time. Would absolutely stay again!

Girls Trip

Me and my 6 friends stayed at Happy Days and it was everything that I could have asked for. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all the meals we wanted at home. The location was also incredible- easy walking distance to Johnson Beach, Guerneville taco truck, and some fun downtown bars. Upon checkout, the trashcan out front was full. I emailed our host and quickly received a response plus she called to confirm that the handman was on the way. I appreciated the attentiveness. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Cozy house in Downtown Guerneville

We stayed five days in this lovely, comfortable house in the downtown area. It was quiet but close to everything, with a quick walk to the stores and beach. The house is very well set up, with two bedrooms and a bath up a couple of stairs from the main living area, which has high ceilings and a fireplace and lots of space to lounge. Kitchen was large and airy with plenty of seating for eight of us. Downstairs was a separate bedroom with room for five and another bath. And a game room where we tried to beat each other at ping pong! It was a great space and we definitely recommend it to a large family or group of friends.

Lovely house in a great location

Our group of 3 triathletes stayed here during a Guerneville-based race. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-located close to Johnson's Beach. The upstairs has a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room. Linens and toiletries were copious and clean. The backyard was wonderful with lots of great furniture and nice lighting. The downstairs is somewhat "rustic" compared to the upstairs, with less than a full kitchen and no living room and a somewhat awkward way to access it; the downstairs bathroom had a bit of an odor issue. A garage door opener would have been nice for carrying things into the downstairs unit and also providing another parking spot. Street parking was a bit tight but manageable. All in all accurately represented on the website and a great place to stay in Guerneville.

The location is fantastic! Walkable to shops, tasting rooms, river and restaurants. Short drive Armstrong Nature Preserve, wineries and more restaurants. The house has a very pleasant outdoor area to hang out.

Great location in Guerneville

We had a great stay at Stacy’s place. The house had everything we needed, was right in town, and had ping pong and darts to boot! We’d come back again for sure.
