The Grand Haven by Ghosal Experiences is a premier mountaintop wedding venue with sweeping Smoky Mountain views. The deck can host up to 75 guests for the ceremony and 60 for the reception. A decorative arch, chairs, and tables are included in our essentials package.

Your booking includes two luxury cabins for up to 24 overnight guests, allowing you to host your entire wedding weekend in one private, scenic location. Each cabin combines the comfort of a high-end retreat with the charm of a mountain getaway. You’ll enjoy private indoor pools with views, fully equipped kitchens, home theaters, game rooms, hot tubs, fire pits, and large decks.

Need more space? Add up to two more cabins for a total of four, hosting up to 44 overnight guests.

Located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, this cabin gives you access to top attractions like The Island, Dollywood, Splash Country, WonderWorks, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic Museum, and Tanger Outlets. While there`s plenty to explore nearby, the peaceful, private setting with mountain views makes it just as easy to stay in and enjoy the quiet.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.

ACCESS

For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.

TRANSIT

Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.

Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.

Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn`t require 4WD, it`s advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
