Eight of us stayed from August 2-8Ages 3 through 92.Everyone had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The kids enjoyed movie night in the theater and of course the pool There was a tiny glitch with the pool door lock, but the host got back to us right away and we were able to take care of everything. Our 92 year-old spent a great deal of time out on the decks in the sunshine and looking at the stars in the evening.Thank you so much for making our family vacation so memorable in a beautiful home and setting

While the property was very nice and secluded, we did not have access to the hot tub until the last two nights of our stay. We were not notified about the broken hot tub prior to our stay. We were expecting to have access to all of the amenities because that’s what we paid for. We were disappointed but did enjoy our stay and the place was beautiful.

The cabin and its location was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin with its 3 levels made it so we didn’t feel we were all on top of each other. Giving us space to spread out. The common areas like kitchen, living room, dinning room, and pool areas were spacious and held us all comfortably. The cabin was clean and stocked with essential like dish soap, paper towels, and etc. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing

This place was amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here it was so secluded and we had every amenity that we needed during our stay. The pool was perfect, as well as the movie, theater room, and the fireplace and last, but not least the view.

Get away for two!

We loved this cabin! The beds were amazing! There was an issue with the hot tub when we got there from the wind blowing the cover off, they came and replaced the water and completely cleaned it out the next morning, so fast. Communication was excellent! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Cabin

Starlight Ridge is such a beautiful cabin! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The cabin was secluded but still close to all the main attractions. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed for our family. We loved the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after long days at Dollywood and sightseeing. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I definitely recommend this cabin to others planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Friendsgiving 2024

The cabin is beautiful just as pictured. We enjoyed our time here. We had a short weekend and celebrated our annual Friendsgiving. We only have a few recommendations: figure out the sour water smell(everyone complained about it), put a light on the black sign at the entrance, and fix back patio lights.

I was very disappointed in this property. 1st, it was advertised to have a game room with arcade games and a pool table, and I was told there would be an XBox. This property did not have any of that. Also, the codes that were given for the pool room were inaccurate and the locks did not work correctly. The door locks also didn’t work. Some of the doors were off their tracks so they wouldn’t open. There were what looked like a pile of toe nails in the kitchen when we first arrived and lots of spider webs, so clearly nothing was swept. My niece found an IPad between her fitted sheet and mattress, so clearly the bed linens were not washed. Not all the jets on the hot tub worked properly, so that was frustrating. Also, the dishwasher was disgusting on the inside and wouldn’t get our dishes cleaned. The refrigerator filter for the water was expired, so we couldn’t use any of the water or ice from the refrigerator. The furniture also had several stains and cigarette burns inside and outside. The positive things were that the house was spacious, the theater room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and they did supply plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags. For being advertised as a luxury property, it was not worth the money. I will not stay at this property if I find myself back in this area in the future.

Review of home

The home is beautiful but the water smells very bad and the water pressure is very poor in the home. The front door is very difficult to lock. The rugs in the home shed immensely and the fabric gets all over your clothes and socks.

Outstanding!!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect and the surroundings were better and more secluded than we could have imagined! The natural prairie next to the driveway was such a continuous environment for finches and pollinators that we took daily driveway walks to appreciate the natural species in their element. The cabin was close to fun attractions and amenities. The indoor pool was amazing and so clean and well-kept. Hosts were responsive within minutes of any question I put in chat, which were minimal since everything was so user-friendly. My only suggestion would be that the closets that are locked away from renter access not have big gaps under the door, as my youngest child displaced several small toys under the door that we had no access to recover. Overall, spectacular stay!!

Tennessee family company vacation

Overall location was very secluded which we were looking for. Several issues we had hot tub had mosquito larvae swimming in part of the hot tub which turned my family off and they didn’t use this all week. All of the sinks and shower heads are very full of the calcium and iron build up which a good water softener would help with so very minimal water flow hard to take a shower and rinse off soap. Stove inside was very dirty so we didn’t use this at all. The code to open the key lock box didn’t work, but did get a lot of help from the VRBO team to rectify this issue. We had to sweep and vacuum all the rugs right when we opened up and there was still a bag of garbage in one of the kitchen cabinets. There were three LP tanks that were empty so we purchased one to use on Sunday and when we got back from town they entered the home and placed two full ones on the upper deck without informing us. The home otherwise is very nice and scolded with a very nice fire ring.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful four-bedroom vacation home in the woods. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our family of nine and provided hours of fun for everyone. The home was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway in a peaceful setting. We’d definitely love to come back!

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The cabin is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the porch and the movie theater.
