Dieses Haus ist eines der ersten, das auf dem Pic Paradis erbaut wurde und ihm den typischen westindischen Charme verleiht. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, werden Sie sich in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Obergeschoss erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und bietet zwei helle und luftige Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie ein gemeinsames Gäste-WC, ein zentrales Wohnzimmer mit einem 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit amerikanischem Kabel und Netflix, Highspeed-Internetzugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Gasgrill . Die Hauptterrasse verfügt über einen Esstisch für 8 Personen und Panoramablick auf St. Martin / St. Maarten und Nachbarinseln!
Direkt unter der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Poolterrasse. Trainieren Sie auf dem Tagesbett oder schwimmen Sie im beheizten Pool und genießen Sie dabei die schöne Aussicht, die Pic Paradis zu bieten hat.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und eigenem Bar- / Spielzimmer, eine zweite Küche und sogar ein Kinoraum mit einer Sammlung von über 500 DVDs. Everything Villa including the view

The home is very nice with an unbeatable view of the island. And the owners are wonderful to work with. The only recommendation I’d make for future visitors is to make sure when you rent a car that you rent an SUV so it’s easier to get up the hills.

Beautiful Location

This is a beautiful property located away from the crowds. Everything is well cared for, the kitchen well stocked with basics and the beds very comfortable. The view is gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice. The owners are very helpful and responsive and their tips on where to dine and activities are spot on. Would recommend to those seeking an out of the way location from which to enjoy the island life.

Pic Paradise Perfection

Hard to find the words to describe this amazing property. We've stayed on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten many times and this property far and away has been our favorite. The owners are fantastic, highly recommend looking thru their recommendations book as they are spot on. If this property fits our groups size the next time we come back we'll definitely be staying here again!

Amazing views and quiet escape

Our family of four stay for four nights at this beautiful house. Hugh and Tess are great hosts and were there to greet us and were very responsive with any questions we had. We loved the location and escaping to this beautiful tranquil location after touring the busy island below. The house has everything you could ask for and more. The views from the pool and the second floor of the house are absolutely amazing. The grounds are spacious and the whole property is very private. You couldn't ask for a better place to sit and watch the sunset. Our kids loved the theater and watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here.

Peace in the Clouds

What a fantastic villa. Spacious and very well appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious on suite bathrooms with each bedroom. A Chef's kitchen fully equipped to make any meal was perfect. There is also a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas stove and oven. The TV is very large and has cable from the U.S. The grounds are very nice and the pool is fantastic. Waking up in the morning and seeing Anguilla across the sea, overlooking Marigot, and seeing all the way to Maho, was spectacular. In the evenings we could see the lights and on a few evenings we could see fireworks in the distance. It's amazing when you think we were looking down at the fireworks! The entire villa has beautiful tile floors that stay cool and the cool sea breeze blows through main living areas. The bedrooms also have air conditioning to ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. The villa is very private and you can sit in the outdoor seating areas, on the wrap around verandas, with complete privacy and take in the views. The pool deck is private as well if you want to work on your all over suntan. This villa is almost at the highest point in Pic Paradis and above the Loterie Farm. The road was a bit challenging due to the elevation but the location is really close to everything. We were at Orient Beach each day in only about 15 minutes. If we needed groceries, the Super U, north of Marigot, was less than 10 minutes away. And our favorite restaurants in Grand Case were only 10 minutes away. Our hosts, Tess and Hugh, are lovely people with a heart of gold. Tess and Hugh allowed us to enjoy their villa in complete privacy while immediately responding to any request. I had an incident with my rental car and Hugh was there to help me. When we had any questions, a quick text message to Tess was all that was needed for her to answer our questions. If we needed her, she was there in just a few minutes. Thank you so much to Tess and Hugh for making our vacation, two weeks in paradise!

Perfect in every way

Simply amazing from moment we found this property online til the moment we left, which we hated to do. The owners are gracious and communicative during the entire process. House was well equipped, so all you need is your luggage and some groceries. We actually chose this property over others due to the initial hospitality of the owner and it didn’t disappoint. The views......the views......the views. Listen to their recommendations because they are amazing! Tropical Garden Paradise on the Top of a Mountain

I hope there is enough space to describe all the nice things about this magnificent home. Let me start with the owners; Hugh and Tess. They live in the neighborhood and could not have been nicer, more friendly, or more eager to please. When we had a problem with our rental car they insisted on taking us all the way back to the airport to solve the problem. The house and the property are just gorgeous! You are literally on the top of a mountain with a view of the ocean and about half of St Martin that is breath taking. The grounds, which are very expansive and totally private, are planted in beautiful, exotic flowers and fruits. There will be a basket of the fruits waiting for you on the kitchen counter. The pool area, which also has magnificent views, is sunny, private, and extremely comfortable. The upstairs porch always had a comfortable breeze and was where we ate all our meals on a table that easily sat eight people. We left the door to the house open during the day and the entire house was filled with cool breezes. The kitchen is huge and filled with all the nice touches you would have in your own home. The main house has two giant bedrooms and each one has a private bathroom which would make any Ritz Carlton in the world jealous! On your way down the mountain lane that takes you to the main road, stop in at Loterie Farm. They have an outdoor, tree house restaurant and bar that is just great. The next time we come we will bring family and also rent the optional ground floor apartment which is just as nice as the rest of the house.

A dream come true

This house was truly out of an HGTV show. It was decorated gorgeously, the amenities and appliances were all new and wonderful and that view.... it’s a view you will remember for the rest of your life! Tess and Hugh were kind enough to wait for us upon arrival and showed us around the house. They even left us flowers, a card and a bottle of rosé to celebrate Valentines Day! They left helpful suggestions of things to do and places to see. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay long enough! We hope this place stays a secret for a long time so we can come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful Valentine’s Day weekend!

Lovely Home, Breathtaking Views, Great Hosts!

Thanks to Hugh & Tess for providing us with a remarkable location for our vacation. The house was fantastic with amazing views of St. Marteen. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the "open-air" layout of the house. It made it very easy to enjoy morning coffee with rainbows on the horizon. The pool was very relaxing and private. Thankfully we came across this property when exploring vacation options. I highly recommend this property for anyone in need of a relaxing getaway. Beautiful house and terrific views! Enjoyed the newly installed pool and deck!

This place was everything and more than we had hoped for! We stayed here (2 couples) for 16 days and loved the house, the views of St. Martin from the wraparound balcony and from our own bedroom balcony which overlooks the pool. The house is well stocked in every regard and decorated beautifully. The king size beds are very comfortable with great pillows and linens. The gardens and grounds are lovely and coming back nicely after Hurricane Irma. We hiked up to the top of Pic Paradis several times to see the entire island from St. Martin's highest peak. It is so peaceful and quiet up here...a beautiful piece of paradise for sure. Tess and Hugh were wonderful hosts and live close by. We would love to vacation in this villa again!!

We live in the neighborhood so we are never far away to help with anything at all. We will be available to welcome guests and answer any questions while still ensuring /respecting your total privacy.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Pic Paradis is off the beaten path, and that's why we love it! Even though you are minutes from a beach, once you are up the hill you will find yourself surrounded by lush vegetation. Perched above the westerly side of the island, from the breezy terrace, you're guaranteed spectacular sunsets every evening. A 'sundowner' never tasted so good. This exclusive neighborhood is centrally located, so nothing is very far away. Up here, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all.

At the bottom of the hill, only 2 minutes away, is the famous Loterie Farm, offering Pool lounge, restaurants, bar, zip-lining, and hiking trails. A 5 minute drive will take you to Friars Beach and the secluded Happy Bay Beach. In just 10 minutes, you could be strolling the streets of Marigot or enjoying fine dining in Grand Case. From this sanctuary, nothing is more than 25 mins away.

Villa Paradis is one of the most charming villas in Pic Paradis. Tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities, the cozy atmosphere will have you feeling right at home. It is ideal for multi-generational family trips, groups of friends, or even couples looking to splurge on a truly unique and romantic experience. The fact that the villa features two autonomous levels is perfect for those wanting individual space while still being close on the same property.

Split on two levels, the upstairs features two light and airy bedrooms with private bathrooms plus a shared guest toilet, a central living room with a 55'' smart tv including Netflix, High speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ. The main terrace features an 8 person dining room table and panoramic views of St. Martin/St. Maarten and neighboring islands!

Just below the terrace, on the ground floor, is the pool deck. Work on your tan while lounging on the daybeds or take a swim in the heated pool, all while gazing at the beautiful views Pic Paradis has to offer.

The downstairs is a one bedroom with private bathroom and en-suite bar/games room, a second kitchen and even a cinema room including a collection of 500+ dvds. All this sits on a big yard full of tropical greenery including a variety of fruit trees.

Pic Paradis is truly one of the most beautiful places on the island. The sense of peace and privacy is unbeatable, not to mention very romantic. Up here, you feel removed from all of the stress of the world, yet, you are only 10-20 mins away from everything the island has to offer.
