Each of the three condos in the building occupies its own full floor. Unit 3 is the top level, Unit 2 is the middle, and Unit 1 is on 1st floor. An elevator opens directly into each unit for easy access. Covered parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Inside, the spacious layout features three bedrooms: the primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.
