Balconies w/ocean views, Hot tub, Covered patio

I am honestly shocked by this. We have rented this home for many years now and only recently had to re-list it. This very same property can be found on another site with the complete opposite review. We have had the same housekeepers for many years now as well and my mom personally oversees them and inspects all of our properties behind the housekeepers. I'm not saying we are perfect, but we work hard and have put in many measures to ensure the highest quality of service, comfort and cleanliness at all of our properties. We also make it a practice to touch base with each guest after they have checked in to make sure they found everything to their liking and to let them know we are only a message, text or call away should they have any concerns or needs. You did not respond to that inquiry with any of these concerns or issues. Had you done so we would have gladly addressed any issues. We are certainly dishearten to learn that you were displeased with your stay. We do hope that you consider letting us host you again in the future at this or perhaps at one of our other properties.
