we have the Brand New Harbor Sauna and Cold plunge to go along with the Hot tub and a double sided wood burning Fireplace inside for a epic winter getaway.

Arrive by car or by boat,🛥️ the dock has a boat lift.
we have private boat rental options as well in the summer months.

This coastal lodge is located off of a private driveway on the BOHEMIA RIVER, an inlet off of the Chesapeake bay.
It has a pool and hot tub with amazing views while swimming or relaxing on the sun loungers and comfy patio furniture. A covered deck with a Grill and outdoor dining is located conveniently just off of the kitchen for dining al fresco. A great spot to sit and enjoy some crabs and a glass of something cold!

Pool will be Open and Heated from Beginning of May to end of September.

It also has a small sandy beach area for kids to build sandcastles and splash or to launch the kayaks and paddle boards.
The dock is perfect for tying up your boat, for fishing, or for strolls with a cocktail in hand at sunset.

The bonfire area is up on the bluff and has the best sunset views! Come make s’mores and tell those campfire stories with your loved ones!

It has pickleball and a gym so there really is something for all to enjoy here!

This is a stunning lodge style home was built on a bluff overlooking the water with a large stocked chef’s kitchen that has a coffee & tea bar complete with an espresso machine,
It has a grand great room with huge lodge style windows,
and a dining area, all with amazing water views!

It has a fabulous primary suite on the main floor with a romantic vibe, a canopy king bed, luxurious bedding and water views that are breathtaking to wake up to, an en-suite bathroom sure to be a retreat with double vanities, a double shower with jets and a jacuzzi!

A second bedroom with water views to swoon over is also located on the first floor with a king bed and a in suite bathroom.

In the basement, you ll find another large amazing recently renovated master suite with a king bed and a pull out queen sofa bed and a dreamy large bathroom with double rainfall shower heads and a vanity area to get ready-

There’s also a kitchenette and a comfy media area for movie nights and a built in custom play house for kids, a pool table, foosball and game area and another full bathroom.

On the second floor there’s a lovely king suite with a nautical vibe and water views & en-suite bath.

Another large bedroom with king bed and a queen bed with an en-suite bath,

There’s also a bunk area that sleeps two upstairs in a common space.

For the little ones in your group theres 3 Pack and plays and a high chair and a double stroller and toys of course!


Yes There’s so much to do here on this property and in the surrounding area, number one being the perfect boating & fishing spot for you water enthusiasts. Do you Like water sports? This place is known for calm water and so beautiful!
Also only a short boat ride or car ride to waterfront beach bars or seafood restaurants and wineries.
Elk neck state park is a great spot to go hiking.

Come and immerse yourself in a beautiful bay escape and enjoy all the area has to offer!
We have cameras on the property for security and monitoring purposes.

We do allow events if your max occupancy is 20 guests or less and approved by us!
We do not condone excessive alcohol consumption. This is a private estate and is designed to be used responsibly.

If you are interested in a bridal shower, birthday party or small celebration, please check in to see availability, we would be happy to host these midweek, for a flat rate.

Weekends are typically available with a 3 night minimum, or last minute option with a 2 night minimum.

Do not reserve for sorority groups, bachelor, bachelorette groups without host communication.
By reserving your stay you take full responsibility for anyone entering the property.

Must be 25 years or older to reserve.

We have a $30 per person charge for more than 16 guests.
and guests number also include daytime visitors that are not spending the night

The house sleeps 16 very comfortably, with 5 bedrooms plus bunk bed and 2 pullout sofas
1pullout in basement and pullout sofa in main living space.

We welcome responsible pet owners and love hosting you and your fur babies, we do ask that you enter them on the reservation as well as communicate with the host.

Note: We do charge a pet fee of $250.
This is good for 1 pet. After that we charge $150 per pet.

Please close and lock any windows you have opened.
Never leave the property without making sure all windows have been shut and locked.

Hot tub must be covered and strapped after each use, or they are likely to blow open and will not be able to function properly.
