This amazing 4- bedroom, 2- bathroom waterfront home offers the perfect retreat.
Summer months June, (last 2 weeks) July and August rentals run Friday to Friday only.
Pool & Spa are Seasonal **open mid May through Sept only** (saltwater)
Pool and hot tub are **closed Oct - mid May**. We do not have a separate stand alone hot tub.

Conveniently located on the main level are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with stand-up showers. The fourth bedroom resides on the lower level.

Your waterfront paradise awaits! This private property boasts both a fixed and a floating dock, accommodating boats up to 21 feet (a $125 docking fee applies). Explore the waters with complimentary kayaks (4) and paddle boards (2), or relax on the peaceful deck extending across the rear of the home.

Dogs allowed 1 with a $125 pet fee. Cats not allowed.

ALL renters must be 27 or older -unless children of the renter.

This is a waterfront property with a pool children must be supervised at all times.

The fully fenced back yard features a seasonal in-ground pool, two patios, umbrellas, and a fire pit, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

*The saltwater pool and spa combo is seasonal. We do not heat the pool but will consider doing so in the spring/summer months for a fee based on usage. We do not have a separate hot tub.
