We understand that summertime in Florida can feel much warmer than many guests expect. During the peak of summer, it’s very common for second-story spaces to run a few degrees warmer during the hottest parts of the day, even with a properly functioning air conditioning system. We dispatched an HVAC technician twice during your stay, and both inspections confirmed the system was operating as designed. While we certainly wish we could control the Florida heat and humidity, we’re glad we had the opportunity to verify that everything was working properly. We appreciate your stay and are happy to hear the rest of your experience was perfect.

Regarding access, we appreciate you acknowledging that the contact information on the reservation was incorrect. Our system sent the arrival instructions and door code to the phone number provided at booking, which unfortunately prevented delivery. Once we were made aware of the issue, our team worked to get the information to you as quickly as possible. As for supplies, we provide a starter set of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to help guests get settled. Because stays and group sizes vary, additional supplies may be needed during a visit. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience.
