The Space:

Enter this stunning beachfront retreat from the second level and step directly into a spacious, sun-filled living room with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. A large oceanfront balcony awaits, offering comfortable seating for 6 at the outdoor dining table, a hammock for afternoon naps, and 2 high-top stools—perfect for soaking in the sweeping ocean views.

The main living area features a cozy, leather corner sectional ideal for relaxing or gathering with family , and a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests in addition to bar sitting. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly flows into the dining area, making entertaining a breeze. Large flat screen TV could be watched from kitchen, dining and family room areas.

Also on the second level, you’ll find the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, large smart TV with en-suite bath, along with a second bedroom featuring its own private bathroom (not en-suite).

Downstairs, the first floor includes a queen bedroom and a fun kids’ room with full-over-full bunk beds (suitable for 4 kids or 2 adults to share)—both sharing a full bathroom. A second family room on this level provides the perfect hangout space for children or teens to enjoy their own downtime with its own large flat screen smart TV, perfect for entertainment .

A spacious three-car garage is currently being transformed into a future game room—perfect for indoor fun and family gatherings.

We welcome furry friends for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll include them in your reservation.

Your beach playground is perfect for fishing, surfing, walking, hanging out, and reading a book. You can watch birds walking around picking fish out of the water and observe sea turtles who make nests all year round. Just bring your family and kids and enjoy your stay. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE.  USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Do not remove bedding
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
