Welcome to our Beloved Beach Home! This spacious townhouse has been thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to have a stress free vacation! If you are looking for an elevated beach vacation, then this is the place for you and your family!

We have everything for your group! Multiple TV's, Elevator, Rooftop deck, Golf Cart, Beach Towels and Chairs, Beach Tent, Cozy Blankets, Games, Books, 2 King Bedrooms, 1 King Suite with a Queen Sleeper, 1 Queen Bedroom, ample multi-level decks!

You'll love that the beach access is only 2 blocks away. Tired kids or elderly grandparents? Drop them off sand side in our golf cart! Ice cream? You can walk to it. The local favorite Tiki Bar for Thursday night live music? You can walk to it!

This quiet neighborly street is a mix of locals and rentals. You are less than a mile to the boardwalk, so you can easily walk there and back or drive on the 6 seat golf cart.

The home is 3 separate floors, a king and queen bedroom with a shared bath and a laundry room on the main level, the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom is on the 2nd level with the open kitchen and living room. The 3rd floor is an open suite with kitchenette, bar table, king bedroom with queen sleeper, walk in closet, full bathroom, and a deck with 6 top outdoor dining.

The upper deck features plenty of seats to admire the ocean, enjoy the breeze, and spend hours having great conversations with your people!

Guests will have access to the entire townhome during their stay. We do have a two locked owner's closets for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

Parking at the property is free and the driveway can comfortably fit 4 cars. The garage is for the golf cart parking only.
