This property was wonderful to stay at. Jason was very communicative and the house had everything you need. Including a golf cart. We stayed for Thanksgiving week with our 2 Adult kids and their significant others and didn’t feel on top of each other due to the size of the house. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great place with plenty of common space to hang out together with our adult kids, but being across 3 levels (plus rooftop deck) and having bedroom/bathroom parity meant we all had our privacy as well. Great location. The little fenced in area was great for the pups first thing in the morning. Loved all the outdoor space with 3 different patios. And the golf cart was a really nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Bowfin paradise. It is perfectly located right across from the beach. The decks and rooftop bar views are simply gorgeous. There’s plenty of space for a big family. Everything you need is included. We had a wonderful time!

Super Convenient!

Great location, super clean, all you need to bring is yourselves! All of the conveniences already at the house were amazing and the hosts were extremely responsive. The location is great, and the house was perfect for a quick spring break getaway. I would highly recommend.

Nice place - needed some repairs

The property was nice and in a good location. The A/C upstairs didn’t cool enough. The washing machine knob was broken so we couldn’t do laundry correctly, and two of the bedroom doors wouldn't lock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I did make management aware of the issues so the next people would t have the same problem.

One block from the beach!

Jason was a great host - extremely responsive both pre-trip and while onsite. The fire alarm batteries started chirping, and he was there very quickly to fix it. The house is lovely. Be prepared for lots of stairs! The common spaces - including the patio and the rooftop deck - worked well for our group of 10 ladies. The house is only one block from the beach. While it's great to have the golf cart available, we just walked the 3 minutes to the beach. Note that there is parking for only 3 cars available at the house; there is NO street parking, so if you have a large group, you'll need to make other arrangements for parking. Thanks for the stay!

Even with all the positive reviews, this house still exceeded our expectations. First off, our host Jason, could not have been more accommodating. He was very helpful and extended us every courtesy. The house itself was fantastic. It was very clean had every amenity you would need for a few days at the beach, including chairs, towels, sun shade, cooler, wagon. It's in a great location with beach access right across the road. The rooftop bar area was a family favorite and the golf cart was icing on the cake for getting around to all the local establishments. All in all, it was a great experience.

Clean, Nice fun place with easy beach access and enjoyable balconies. Due to multiple scheduling conflicts (within the family) we could only visit for 4 days but look forward to coming back for longer stay in the future.

Our extended family chose Bowfin 2 for our first vacation together since 1992. We had a great time and the home was beautiful. We woke up to ants in the kitchen one morning, a problem the whole area has, but the property manager Jason had someone out right away and everything was great the rest of the week!

Great Beach week

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The golf cart and the pet door were very convenient. We loved the roof top area and all of the games. The house is very well stocked and great for cooking.

Absolutely wonderful

The home is great and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry had some of the essentials. Plenty of games, beach chairs and toys and a nice golf cart too! Great neighborhood for walking the dogs. A/C works great evev with 110 degree heat index each day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

All bedrooms nice size rooms. Kitchen equipped with everything you need and more. Easy walk to beach. Well furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon, and golf cart was great. Being able to have our fur babies was a huge plus for us! Loved this location and house. Owners are awesome!

Wonderful house!!!

I have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this was, without a doubt, one of the very best! We came as a family, visiting family in the area. There was lots of room for everyone and this has got to be the best stocked house I have ever seen. Everything we needed was there down to spices, pots and pans, games, it was wonderful. It rained the first day, but because of all the wonderful porches, we were able to still be outside. We will definitely rent this house again and I would recommend it to everyone!
