We would like to inform the Resort's updated parking regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Each property is allowed a maximum of 4 or 5 vehicles, depending on the lot size. Please check your specific property's limit upon arrival.

Important Points to Remember:
These vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors they might have. Once the vehicle limit is reached per property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in the resort.

*** Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it is included one propane tank and final cleaning -If the house has one, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

*** Pool Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay - If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.
