The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in "uptown", one of the most desirable parts of Pagosa Springs given its close proximity to the grocery store, Walmart, coffee shops and restaurants. Within a short walk from the condo are tennis courts, a mini golf course and a playground. The condo is located less than one mile from the golf course and less than 10 minutes from the hot springs. For a small daily guest fee, condo renters have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center with a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, and other workout equipment. Guests of our condo must coordinate with us to gain guest access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center during their stay. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is just a short 30-mile drive away!
